Before getting that far in a relationship, I am sure your girl would know that you are a shy guy. That's probably a plus for you because you probably seem to be a nice guy, not too stuck on yourself, and probably more sensitive to her needs and desires. I would take her to a nice dinner, after the main course is finished, and dishes cleared away, I would take her hands, look into her eyes, and tell her how I felt about her. Like, "For me, you are the most beautiful lady in my life. My love for you is without words, you mean the world to me. Would you marry me?"
I would tell the waiter and restaurant staff before hand what your plans were. And if she said, "yes", I would have them come over with music, a small cake or parfait shaped into a heart, with cheers & applause from other customers and staff.
Then I'd take her dancing or some other romantic spot where you live, and take time with her in the car (or you could take a walk if it's by a beach) just to hold, kiss, and talk about the future.

Well are you even in a relationship with her?. If your relationship is stable enough and ready for the next step...thus being marriage, then this should come naturally, every woman has their own idea of how they would like to be proposed to and i am sure it has come into conversations here and there in tidbits. The best thing...is to have a romantic mood set and candles. She may be different though. Good Luck to you

propose? like a date? if it's hard to talk then start out with a sweet note. not "I love you," because that'll scare her away. but something short and light. Then it'll be easier...
just don't chicken out. if you have to, then pretend that you're confident for that moment when you're talking with her. it'll be easier as you go along.
if you mean marriage, then you can't possibly be so shy that you can't propose to the woman you know really well and love! then there's something wrong.

ok does you 2 have a "spot"? if so take a long walk to "the spot" and just talk with her, then whe you get the "the spot" have a romantic picnic type thing setup.. have a basket with all types of goodies in it, then at the bottom of the basket you will have her ring.. and say "oh i almost forgot..(open the ring case) will you marry me?"she will be swept off her feet! awwwwww! good luck!

Ask her out on a romantic dinner in a Italian or ...... Reustaurant and then in the middle of the dinner you go down on your knees and propose.... My boyfriend did that and it really made me cry....

Take her somewhere nice - that SHE likes. Dont ask her, tell her you have something to show her, and then give her the ring.

himmat hai to pass ho jaoge agar nahin hai result will be wait, wait wait.go kiss her instead, girls like when guys are more open on these things. they' beleive "more but they dont show.this will 100%workout.good luck.they like it inside.you just have to lock your brain ,have guts, and propose her.

Practise, Practise and Practice.....you know why....because Practice makes man perfect. First of all know what she likes and doesn't like....and then choose good words and then practise in alone in front of mirror and notice your mistakes and try to rectify them and then purpose her.......with full confidence.....
