It is very possible to meet the love of your life in college. Just go with it and see where it leads, doesn't mean she will want to try other guys. All you can do is see where it takes you, nuture the relationship and just have fun together.

My husband and I met in highschool, we were best friends. We've been married 17 years and are very happy. We also go out every Saturday night, it's important not to let the relationship grow stagnant, do fun things together, share what is going on in eachother's life, etc.

My Grandparents met in college and dated until after my Grandfather was done with medical school. They were married for a lifetime.

It is possible but one big problem about getting into a serious relationship while you are still in college is that your lifestyle will change after you graduate and what may seem wonderful now may change. I read once that marriages of attorneys and doctors have a tremendous mrtality rate because of the change in lifestyle after graduation.

Some people do... but in reality a majority of people meet their future spouses while at work. So in your case... after college.. most likely. But SOME people do meet them during college. So who really knows if she's "the one." Just ride the wave.

It's possible, but WHY? Isn't college more important than finding someone to date?

If she really wants to be with you she will, but if not then that's fate so, and it doesn't really matter what other people do(have love lives in college) so do what you think is right.

It's very common for people to meet their future spouses in college. If you can really see yourself with her longterm, there's nothing wrong with that.
