Singles & Dating - 18 December 2006

So I have been dating this guy for some time and he seems to do this and I don't know if this is normal? We are long distance we were in med school together then he ended up somewhere and I ended up farther away I know we are both so busy and he HATES to talk on the phone but how can he go like 4-6 days without even a Hello???? I have said stuff to him about this and once I do that he appologizes and its better for a short bit but then he just goes back. Is this just poor communication skills or is it something I am doing?

I can think of only one time in our whole relationship of a year and half that I initiated sex and actually got it.He will always be too tired,or move me off him, or ask me if that's the only thing I can think about.He will actually tell me that I waited too late,like it is my fault.After a while,I just stopped initiating sex and waited for him.That got to me more and more,but I couldnt ever say no to him because I long for that connection with him.I love him. The sex,when we have it,is great.I wonder if I want it too much?Something wrong with me if I want sex everyday?Well anyways,I then talked to him about feeling like he controled when we has sex, and he said that I dont even try anymore.Why would I?I used to climb ontop of him,and he would tell me he wasnt into it.Then there were times he would stop me, and then later that night start it..and of course I felt like he did that just for control!What should I do?I have cried so many times over this,its getting to be too much.

I'm going to a party for New Years...this girl I sort of have a thing for is throwing it. Anyway, she invited me...and I said I would go. She is single. I was wondering, if I kissed her at midnight on New Years - you think it would be OK (provided that the circumstances allowed for it)? The majority of women date men who are older, well what if the man is younger? I went to high school with his older brother. His older brother is almost a year younger than me. The person I'm dating is thirteen months younger than his brother. I am almost two years older than him. And besides that, my sister (who is 4 years younger than me) goes to the same school as him.. He is a senior she is a sophomore. Is this bad?

Ok. I rele like this guy and we've been friends for a long time. He told me he liked my friend and asked me if i knew if she liked him. I told him i didn't know. I did. She HATES him. Anyways he found out she doesnt like him and has suspected for a long time that ive liked him. I do. so theres like this huge triangle. me and her are friends i like him and he likes her. since he knows she doesnt like him im planning to go to his wrestling match on thursday then after hes done. tell him EVERYTHING and then tell him if he doesnt feel the same way i hope we can still be friends. for the past few months that we've started living together, my boyfriend has started insulting me as if he wants to strip me of all my self-esteem. lately he tells me that i can't do anything right, that i am so stupid, have not accomplished anything, always breaking things in the apartment, blaming me for things that go wrong in the apartment,parasite,and he needs to punish me to get my act right,and yesterday he backed me into the stove squeezed my breast to hurt me, while my hair got singed by the pilot light, and squeezed my hand really hard because we had an argument about dishes, aside from small bruises my hand was swollen for a little bit,i tried to fight but his grip got harder so i stopped. his reasoning was if i had done the dishes it would have never happened. it sounds so crazy!!! is that we he really believes? i don't understand how anyone can be like that. i don't get it! i don't know what to do!

I have recently been getting over my fear of approaching girls in public. Today, I went up to three different blondes without hesitating (a first for me). I talked to them all for a few minutes and waited for them to let me know if they were interested in me or not, but they didn't. I did not let them know in any way that I wanted to date them and I didn't ask for their numbers. I don't know if I am supposed to ask and let them know I am attracted to them first or wait for them to let me know. If a girl is attracted to a man who approaches her, does she always wait for him to make a move or does she ever make the first move? I need to know.
