When a guy says he would love you if he was single what does it mean?
i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'. He has only just started to date someone else..i have always been infatuated with him and vice versa..what should i do should i ask him for a drink as friends, i think he could of beena potential one

I just broke up with my girlfriend that i was with for over 3 years. We had a pretty serious relationship, but there were too many problems...arguments and frustations. I finally decided to do something about it and end a relationship i thought would innebitably end.
The same week i broke up with her, my cousin called and i went to her house...she has this beautiful roomate that has been attracted to me for years. She recently broke up with her man about 3 months ago. We talked and ended up spending the night together...i have been talking to her a lot and spending a lot of time with her.
Take into concideration that i just broke up with my GF about 2 weeks ago! I dont feel that this is a rebound thing because i have known her for years and she is my cousins best friend...i see all the things that were missing in my gf in her...i like her a lot, and it's kinda like it was meant to be.

We've got really close over these last three months and I think he feels the same way, because his face always lights up when I see him, our eyes always meet, and the other day my fingers were really cold and so he spent a whole 30 minute bus journey holding my hands to get them warm. Now it's three days left until the start of the hols, and I'm dreading not being able to see him everyday. Should I tell him how I feel, and if so, how???
Please help, it's driving me crazy and I can't stop thinking about him!

The girl and i met 5 months ago on a chat line we were soposed to meet but she got cold feet. What is it about the seasons that bring some memories flying back into your head? For example, when fall rolled in, it brought back some deep seeded feelings I had for someone some time back. It depressed me and left me feeling sad, angry and alone.

And, back in Spring - a certain breeze always brings back memories of days I had with someone really special and it also hurts me.

When it rains, it brings back memories of my childhood.

I find this odd, because at those times, I never paid attention to the weather. I never paid attention to how hot or cold it was.

My question is, why is it that certain things that happen - certain weather or even certain places bring back memories that can either make you feel happy.. or break your heart all over again.

Has anyone else experienced this?

my bf cheated on me and his lover kept lying to me about their relationship. they swear that it is over; his lover moving on to another relationship. I bent over backwards to trust them because I wanted to believe them; forgive them, and accept her in his life as a forever friend. It is an impossible task. In my heart it is over, esp. since finding internet searches for upcoming vacation, while he is supposedly working. What am I to do now? We live together. He is out of town at the moment. I don't want to be irrational, teary or screaming when he comes home to me and I confront him.

Guy A:
-Overacheiver. Workaholic. Obsessed with that 4.0. Comfortable wit him. He has cheated in the past when we were in a relationship. No sparks when we kiss. I was with him for 5 years though, and there's such a comfortable conection. He has a car, and money. Lives with his mother except during the school year, where he lives at college. Christian, like me.

Guy B:
Living on his own, but poor. (Not that i care about that). Absolute passion. Only 18 and will be graduated frmo college this year. Would never cheat, but also parties and drinks sometimes, which isn't my kind of scene. He said he'd change for me though, but I told him he shouldnt have to. I'm too nervous to even go out to eat with him, but there's sparks when we kiss, and utter passion. He wants whats best for me and pushes me to acheive my dreams, though im not yet as comfortale with him

Compare say an old girlfriend to a new girlfriend, openly to her face in an unfavourable way, ie, she didn't have to worry (the old girlfriend) everything was in the right place. okay here is what happened. i met a lady a divorced woman of only 6 months..we clicked..great conversation..high sexual attracton to one another. she showed me attention and vice versa. we were not in an exclusive relationship with one another..we were dating others..i really am not into that but accepted it because i enjoyed speding time with her and that was the most important thing then. after 3 months which is the testing point of any new relationship in my opinion) she began to not show as much interest...being moody..blaming her feelings on her ex and the sad memories whe she would think of the divorce. i asked her if she still loved him ..she replied "no" he was the one who came to her and didn`t want her or he daughter in his life no more.
so anyways she used to call me alot and then she became distant over a three week period especially. then ignores my calls...im thinking maybe she found a new interest..but why kick me to the curb and ignore me? i thought she cared more

My friend is tring to get over this one guy that she truly cared for, but all this guy wants to do is be friends nothing else but friends. She tried everything to get over him, but nothing seems to be working. She talks to him on the phone some times and after she is done talking to him all she wants to do is cry, but is even when she don't talk to him at all she starts talking about him to all of her friends. i dont know if its because out of all her boy friends this one really care about her. The reason why he broke up with her is because he is in an other state and he is not coming here to be with her. but it just brakes her heart because she really wanted him to be with him. But another thing that gets her thinking of him is when all her friends start talking about there boyfriend. She is tring to move on but nothing seems to help. So what do you think i should do?
