No, not just breathing, you can get oxygen to your bloodstream through other sources too.
Ingested sources such as:
Water and any other food that has water
in it such as most vegetables & fruits, etc.

Actually, your brain receives oxygen the same way the rest of your body does, through red blood cells. When we breath in (from either our noses or mouths), all the ozygen goes into the lungs. The red blood cells passing through the veins around our lungs absorb oxygen and then pass that on to our muscles, brain and throughout our bodies.
What you might have heard is that breating through our noses is more effective at getting oxygen into the lungs... but the only way it can get to the brain is through the red blood cells.

That's true, but not the complete story. We tend to get most of our oxygen in general by bringing air into the lungs via the nose. However, this oxygen is introduced into blood, taken back to the heart via the pulmonary veins, and then the highly oxygenated blood is pumped to all areas of the body via the aorta. Some of this blood goes upward into the skull and provides oxygen to the brain and all of its supporting structures. So the brain's oxygen comes more directly from its blood supply.

No. Our oxygen is usually transported in our blood by our lungs. Our nose and mouth will take the air we're breathing to our lungs where it gets processed.

no. you know how if you laugh milk comes out your nose? thats because your nose just leads to your mouth. it goes directly into the exact same place as your mouth. ait reaches your lungs at the same time in the same amounts. however nose-breathing feels more natural of you ask me and allows you to close your mouth whihc is often convenient. it does not have true differences that actually matter though

Um,where else do you breathe through? And our body doesn't produce oxygen so I doubt we get most of our oxygen from the body itself.

No, because our blood does the 90% of the job. That 10% of oxgyen to the brain is by diffusion because we have very thin membranes between the nasal cavaity and the brain.
