Here's the deal... I just finished a mutiple year recording session. I recorded all the music and half the vocals. My last long relationship ended horribly so I decided to choose to be single until I developed my career and acheived my goals. Now that I have done that, I feel that I have "lost my touch". I'm completely at a loss when it comes to the dating scene. I have a lot of great qualities that women compliment me on all the time, but I still feel like I'm begging when I ask for a number or date. I am confident and attractive, but when I go to ask, I start to fall apart. I blame it on my ex because she made me feel worthless, and she was model material. Can someone please help me?!

Personally, I have been raised around race tracks, super powerful speed, import cars, luxury homes, and wild racecar fans.
I enjoy being behind a racing wheel, the adrenaline rush...and I was hoping to be the 1st girl ever to make it in the world of Racing, but of course I was like 7 or 8 years old, when I had that dream...Now I see many women in television and in person learning more about cars, sharing their knowledge among successful men, and racing professionally as well...I guess times for us women are better, and filled with much more opportunities.

I went on a date two weeks ago with a guy, and he's really great. He's smart, attractive, funny, just great, but there's a tiny problem: he wants us to have sex. Last night we went out again for about the fourth time, and he invited me up to his apartment for a drink (I know, I know, it should have been obvious!), and things got a little too heavy. I kinda just left. It was awkward, and now I don't know what to say to him. He's a fantastic guy, but I don't want to have sex yet. What should I say to him? Help!!! Only serious answers please.

I like this really shy gal and her friends helped me by introducin me to her. Ok well guys i'm only 14 and theres this 18 year old, he likes me and i really like him. I think he's really sweet. But the age difference is pretty big. He asked me out and i said i dunno cause the age is a problem and he was like we could keep it a secret and stuff. like i like him ALOT. but ya. I have had female friends (close and just fleeting) who like talking to me because I was nice and intelligent.

However. I rarely asked any of them out due to a nervous disorder, lack of confidence at times and other things.

Anyway, now I have seen them making out with other stronger better looking guys and praising all the good looking men on tv and I don't even talk to them. I feel like they will judge me, compare me to those guys etc...

I also am jealous that I do not look like the guys who they make out with and sleep with. I am intelligent and nice, but those guys are good looking and kinda cocky (I am too modest).

So I have chose to not communicate with all these past girls I know as I feel like a loser around them and scorned.

Okay, I've been talking to, texting, and calling this girl at my school who I like for about 2 weeks now. I told her I liked her about 2 weeks ago and she said she'd like to get to know me better as well. We were supposed to go out last Friday, but the plans fell through.
