people with naturally long eyelashes, ofcourse. just look at olive oyl from 'popeye' and betty boop, and the girl that won little miss springfield on 'the simpsons'.

I think they don't even have to have naturally long eyelashes, meaning short ones that are sparse are better than a nude matrix look!
