i always think it is really sweet when a guy like opens doors for me and lets me walk through the door first. and like pull out my chair for me. give two compliments during the whole night, but space them out. and the funnier the better. everyone likes to laugh.

Treat her like she's the only woman in the room.
Respect her like she's the queen.
Be yourself, don't try to act like Matthew McConaghy.
Oh yeah, only open doors if you're willing to do it religiously - it really does help.
Don't let her pay when you go out together. If you can't afford it, don't do it.
