ok the words i need to know in japanese are: good evening, good night, how are you?, I'm fine thank you, what is your name?, how old are you?, i'm ___ years old, when is your birthday?, my birthday is ___, what day is today?, today is ___, purple, orange, green, and black. i know its a long list of words but u dont have to answer all of them. even one would help me a lot. i seriously need help with these so plz translate them to japanes. thx. :D

Depends who you are talking to. There are levels of politeness in Japanese. For formal conversation;
Good evening - konbanwa
Good night - oyasumi nasai (you can take out nasai if you wanna be causal)
How are you? - not asked in Japanese. The closest that comes to it is ogenki desu ka? (genki? if you wanna be casual)
I'm fine, thank you. - not said in Japanese. The closest that comes to it is genki desu. (genki if you wanna be casual)
What's your name? - onamae wa nan desu ka? (namae wa nani? if you wanna be casual)
For the ones below, just take out "desu" or "desu ka" if you wanna be casual.
I'm xx years old - xx sai desu.
When's your birthday - otanjoubi wa itsu desu ka?
My birthday is xx - tanjoubi wa xxgatsu xxnichi desu.
What day is today? - Kyou wa nanyoubi desu ka?
Today is xx - Kyou wa xxyoubi desu.
purple - murasaki
orange - orenjii
green - midori
black - kuro

komban wa - good evening

do itashimashite - your welcome

eigo ga dekimasu ka? - do you speak english?
