I have a friend who is 6 ys younger than me, he wants me to make a man out of him over Christmas break. Should I do it?

I asked my friend three days ago if she would like to eat lunch together or just chill with each other. she said sure and "I'll try to fit us into the schedule". I saw her yesterday, I started to talk to her, make her laugh and just entertain her. I said "I think we should chill together sometime during x-mas break." she said " I had sides of me that you don't see while i'm at school" and I think she kept dodging my invite to chill with her. I think she sensed I was trying to ask her out. I'm had feelings for her for a month and I know she knows I like her.

i'm thinking she's not into me....is she?

this gut that I like, (and people think he likes me back) did something funny the other day...
he got a new phone, and then asked what my # is so I gave it to him, and asked him why he wanted it, and he said (jokingly), to annoy you...

so anyway later that day he texted me which was nice, and he didn't call me over he weekend and today at school he said he was sorry he didn't call...
does that mean he could like me??? and the cool thing was when he asked for my #, it was out of the blue, and cheered me up, because just a little while before this douche had broken my heart...

I'm sure it has happned before. When girls like guys and then when the guys like them they lose interest.
Why is that?
At first I kind of came to the conclusion that maybe I was scared of being cared for... but i don't think so?
Is it really because we look for something more challenging?
I feel stuck up because there's this guy who likes me, and he's super sweet and stuff. I never led him on (i don't think i did) and i don't like him. At one point I did. But then it creeped me out when I found out he did.
Are we still on the same page?
Am i just a late bloomer?
But it happens with every guy I meet, even if they are cute. Will I ever get over this? Because I can never have a relationship without wanting a way out.

Supposed to marry? We had a fight about me not communicating often.....we live miles apart and this year i make a trip to go join him finally after being in a long distance relationship for a nine months. We met on the net and things have been ok up until about a month ago where he always complains i don't email enough....not like he sends mail....yet he know i'm horrible at emails. yet in a weel i call him about three times on a bad week and on a good week i call him every night and talk for more than an hour. He lives in ?Usa and i'm from africa and sometimes the hours are a problem but when i can even after working a night shift i go straight to a cyber to chat him with no sleep at all. Last time we talked he yelled at me for doubting the relationship and prior to that he cursed at me,which i made clear to him i did not appreciate.tried to call him later to make a mend all he said was"ER talk to you later" Have not talked to him in two days,not sure i want in anymore, he scares me

Im confused about a girl?
im a little nervous. im 17 and im think im crushing on this 16 yr old girl. She is super sweet and beautiful even though she thinks she is not.
