Ignore the idiot and don't be worried about having a small chest. A lot of guys like girls that don't look like Dolly Parton. Keep you mind on your studies and you will meet more interesting guys in college.

Just ignore him. He's just being ignorant. And also he knows that it bothers you so he is just trying to keep it up and keep it up until you get really mad and say something back. So the longer you ignore him and don't say anything back then he'll stop bothering you and he'll move onto someone else to bug.

Tell your counselor that he's sexually harassing you. I got teased at school for having "big t-its," as he so eloquently put it, but I went to the counselor and sorted everything out.
