Well first off, if she is shy its kinda of hard to tell if she likes you... To get girls to open up, ask them about themselves... We LOVE to talk about ourselves, and we like it even more if you like what we are saying. So act interested in what she has to say. Tell her you like her if she gives you a sign that she likes you. Just talk to the girl and ask questions...she will give u a clue eventually...

Tell her. If she spreads the word if she doesn't like you, that should tell you something about what she thinks is important or not. You are her friend and friends should be able to say things like that. With all honesty and certain things like that should be kept between friends. At least let her know.

A shy girl will not spread the word... good or bad. Hell, I would do both. "Hey I like you, and I'd really like for us to go out sometime." Confidence! It will take you a long ways. Two shy people will take forever to make the first move.

HEh, I've been there. I told her, and she didn't feel the same way.. Now all her close friends give me dirty looks... I guess I was outa her league.. No worries though. You'll be able to deal with any outcome of either choice.

Just flip a coin, if you don't get the side you want, go with the side you want.... hheheh.

Shy, huh? I would wait until she becomes a little less shy around you, then start to get to know her better. If she likes you, she may stay shy and you have to learn how to make her trust you. Then i would ask her out

Ask her out. If she says no it'll feel a whole let less painful then if you pour your heart ou about how much you like here. Besides if she's really shy you'll end up having to do both anyways.

well hey,i mean, she's probably shy coz she just met u...give it some more time and maybe she'll get louder [jks].then she can start some of the conversations.it doesnt really matter that your a year older, thats cool, but i mean, take it easy coz shy grls can be really nice. so be sure u treat her right. and just ask her out when shes 'louder'[less shy] around you ... good luk =]

Absolutely!!! Since you're already her friend and you know her, it's really likely that she'll like you back. And then if things go well from there, ask her out. Take the risk, I bet it'll be worthwhile!

i think you have to take risks in life. If you really like this girl then go for it . what is the worst that can happen ,she says no. you will
realize later in lfe that what people have to say realy does not mean nothing what matters is what you think. try writting her a note

peace out and good luck

Yes, you should tell her it's now or never. Plus almost every girl dreams of going out with an older guy they are more mature and better looking i think.
