there is this guy who bartends at the corner bar i go to about once or twice a month.I actually met him about 4 months ago.We seemed to have a mutual attraction,so by the end of the night a friend of the both of ours said"you two should exchange numbers"so i gave him my card(i cut hair)in case he ever wanted a haircut,he said"what if i dont need a haircut and i just want to call you?"so i gave him my # aso.that night i went to a friends house,he is freinds with the person also and found out i was there and cameover.i crashed on thecouch,him on the floor.he drove me to my the car thenext mornign,and i left things casual with"see you soon".he nevercalled.Whenever i go into the bar he says hi right away,givesme free drinks,gets bothered when guys talk to me,referredto me ashis 'girlfriend'oncewhen his freindwastryingtoget my#.He yelled"i love you"once when i left,but i kept walking.what is he doing?why wont he call?

I have been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years. i'm 24 and he's 27.. But anymore he seems like he doesn't even want to be with me even though he swears he does. like lastnight I asked him to come out to my house and spend some time with me after he was done shooting in pool leauge. He said he didn't know. Well he never called while he was gone and I didn't talk to him untill 1am. He told me he went to another bar to shoot pool. in wich I know he did cause he does every week. I told him that I wanted to spend time with him cause I only really get to see him once a week.. his answer to that was "so whats your point". We never go out anymore unless it's to the bar so he can shoot pool. I bought him a pool table for his b-day and he doesn't shoot on it much. I'm tired of always being last on his list. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm tired of trying things and then they fail. He acts like he doesn't care anymore. Anyone with some advice?

He seems more mature then a 21 yr old. Matter of fact, he is more mature then most guys I have dated that are my age. For some reason when I saw this guy for the first time I was ecstatic it was like, "where have you being hiding". I am not a person who let age get in the way. I see age as being how long I have being on earth. It doesn't determine how mature a person really is because a person can be 25 years old and be more mature then a person that is 50. I see the way a person handle a hard situation in their life as being mature because everyone can't handle hard situations in a mature way. I see other things too, but this is the main one in my eyes, that determine maturity.

Here's the story. My ex boyfriend and I dated for 2 years.. 1 year into our relationship, he went into the Navy. We had our share of problems and adjustments to that and we broke up. It has now been one year since we have given up. We talk a lot through email and he will be home next month for a long time. He told me that we need to sit down and have a talk. I can't assume it would be a "bad" talk because we are already broken up. I want to pour my heart out to him. I want to tell him that I never stopped loving him or thinking about him and that I need him in my life. But is this a good idea? I'm afraid of risking losing him all together....

I have been in a committed (so I thought) relationship with a guy for 17 years. It was his first gay relationship but we have stuck to our promises and now I learn that he is dating a 17 year old female employee of his behind my back. We have lived together the entire time that we have known each other and this behavior started appr. a yr ago when he got promoted to management. He admitted to one affair two days before Thanksgiving and the week of Final Exams in school. Yes, despite our problems I decided to better myself and go back to college for my degree in Fashion Design!! That girl shot him down and after learning the truth about me, she left town! Now I find a picture in his wallet of another teenager that had the inscription "MI Diablo Grapo" "I Love You". He says it is harmless fun and that he didn't want to hurt her feelings but what about MINE? If yoiu have any advice for me other than the obvious-lose him, dump him, etc. I can not at this time-I am STUCK!

b/c he had been joking a lot around with me sexually. The minute I told him, he totally backed off on the joking. I go to an all girls grammar school and every so often we have discos with the boys grammar school. So I always get excited and start making a fool of myself by saying things like "you're really fit" to boys I haven't seen before and they think I'm weird! I just can't help myself, even when I try telling myself to behave.

- have a guy friend that i like. we slept together three times, as friends with benefits. then he said we should back off for now because he only likes me as a friend.

- when i mention a new guy i might be interested in, he seems interested in what i am saying, but is quick to point out the bad qualities the guy possesses. he gets really over-protective.

- he never compliments me, because he says he would be leading me on. but he is quick to point out all the stuff he DOESN'T like about me. It hurts my feelings and we wind up getting into aurguments.

- if i don't call or contact him within a few days, he thinks i am mad at him.

- he says that nothing i ever do will change the fact that he only likes me as a friend. that he will never be interested in me romatically at all. which stings, because i hate to be ruled out all together.

- when i mention any other girl he is talking to, he is quick to state that he isn't sleeping with any of them, just talking. "i could have anyone, but i haven't had sex with anyone else.." - which, i'm ruled out, why would i care?

anyone have any ideas here? because i am getting sick of the back & forth stuff..

Here's mine... he pulled out his cell phone and starting calling everyone he knew, asking what they were having for dinner..while we were sitting in the restaurant waiting for our food! I have been going with my girlfriend for a month now and i thought everything was great. Until she accused me of cheating with her bestfriend.
