A few months ago, me and this girl were really close, we would talk and flirt all the time, and this went on for a while, well eventually people started talking about us, being so close, and wondered if we were dating. She started backing off big time, and seemed like something was bothering her. Well I asked her to the movies, and she said idk maybe. I took it as a nice way of saying no. Well she told her friends she just doesn’t know, because I’ve liked many different girls b4, and she just want to see if I could stick with her for a while. Well months passed, and we got further and further away. I wondered why? Well she and her mom are REALLY close, so I asked her mom. Her mom said she was just really scared, because we have been friends since age 7. Well then she told her friends she just doesn’t want to hurt my feelings. It got to the point were I couldn’t stand it anymore. So I emailed her this about a month ago

I really like you, alot. And it seemed like you used to like me. But now, it just seems like you are really really trying to avoid me. Now to me, that sounds like two things (1) she doesn’t want to ruin a friendship, cuz we’ve been friends since age 7 or (2) shes just letting me down easy. But now she is flirting with this other guy, like she used to do with me. But she seems more comfortable around me than she did before. But when she sees that I am not going out of my way to see her, she seems to talk to me more, and flirt a little more, almost like she don’t have me anymore. And sometimes, Ill catch her looking at me, and when I look she’ll look away. And then sometimes, her body language, she just seems sad, like she wants to tell me something, or likes me or IDK what, its just she seems different since we talked about it. But I mean b4 she really seemed to like me, and IDK why she just would have stopped. , I mean I’ve like many girls, just none like this, When I wake up sheds the first think I think about, and the last think when I go to sleep. A girl likes me, although she shows it by acting hostile. We tease one another relentlessly, and not the garden variety flirt teasing. I do like this girl, and would like to ask her out, but i cannot stand the teasing. Its a strange situation though. she is very independant (as am i) but i have the feeling that any date will deteriorate if we just tease one another. However, once i get her past the teasing she is an incredible person who i love talking to. Ideas on bypassing the teasing or getting ti to stop?

nowadays i can't get this girl out of my head. I'm a college freshman, and I have known her for only about two weeks, but I feel that she is the kind of girl i like. She was very nice to me at first, but I get a feeling that she's getting cold toward me. I notice that in America when an African American male is married to a white woman everyone is like, "O my God did you see, she is with a Black Guy." In Brazil, if a Black man is married to a white woman, it's no big deal. They are just a normal couple. Also, Americans are always trying to put a label on someone. We were together for almost two year. Split up last year and are close friends. But even after a year I still love him. But he has made it clear that he cares a lot for me and will do anything for me but he doesnt love me. He wants us to be friends and we have been friends for a year after break up but I feel i m not being truthful abt my feelings. We feel comfortable in each other's company - more of him than me. I had drunken sex with a very good friend of mine... he however has a girlfriend. I feel truly awful about this but dont know what to do for the best. I don't know if I should ignore the situation and carry on as normal, or If I should talk to him about it. I feel really bad about it, so he must be feeling a lot worst (we spoke about it very briefly and he said he felt really guilty) so should I let him know that im here as a friend if he needs to talk, and tell him for what its worth im sorry, for want of a better word, or just let it go. I had a date with this guy once and i think that im fallin for him. Coz he is nice to me and giving me some special attention. But yesterday i sent him a message and called him but not answering. Then the next time i called him, it was just a voice message answered me. I think i did it twice and then sent him a message saying sorry and i thought it was a joke.
