Lay down, listening to quiet music, and try to relax. Put one hand on the center of your chest, and concentrate on your breathing. Take long, slow, deep, even breaths. Imagine your body relaxing, starting at your outer extremities and working your way inward. Keep breathing slowly and evenly, and imagine yourself in a place, it doesn't have to be real, it just has to be a very relaxing place for you to be. Usually, I don't even get that far, I fall asleep before that.

Well, it's 9pm in Los Angeles, California. Have you tried a nice glass of wine or maybe a hot cup of tea?

Yes. Enjoy being the first to greet a new day in your life. You can take a catch-up nap later this afternoon.

Come now...if you can't slep it doesn't matter where you are, unless putting the placename 'London' would have more answers. Bet you're really from Ipswich

Whenever my friends come back from the States they bring me these tablets called Blue Dreamers (they're actually called Tylenol).
Wonderful. Much better than Nytol

You need to get off your computer. I would recommend staying up at this point and going to bed tonight. You will pass out at that point for pure exhaustion!

dont force yourself to go to bed it will only keep you up more. put the tv onto something really really boring, and lie down keep your eyes open than close them for about five mins than open them again keep them open for five mins than close them again for five, each time you do this your eyes will get harder to open and want to stay close, than when that happens just think about boring stuff and anything but trying too sleep. and before you know it you will be fast asleep.
