I work in a area with alot of beautiful women of different races and nationalities...African American, Ethopian, Latin, Asian, and Middle Eastern...Isee women scoping me out sometimes...they even smile in my direction but never approach...Why is that?...if they like what they see...why don't they go for it?....I did'nt have this problem in Virginia Beach or Georgia....those women just would come out and say what they felt...why do these Washington DC, Alexandria, VA, and Maryland women hold back? Is it age or just trying to be conservative.

There is this guy in all my classes & he is always hanging out around me & hitting me on the head with things. Last week he broke his arm & asked me to sign his cast first! i am with my boyfriend for three years and have a daughter together but his ex`s are one of my biggest problem,frist they do not live here in the usa but they are still in my life,one of them call him everyday sometime three or more times for the day she use his last name in her yahoo id she write letters and use his last name,he also send her money and did not tell me about it i found the papers and confront him about it,he claim when he need help when they were together she help him out but he send money more than one time,she send card and pic and love letter and he tell me not to worry about her,the other one also send love letter and pic and say he his the love of her life ,the other call send email,all these woman are getting on my nerve,i love him and he love me but he is trying to be nice to is ex `s and thats my biggest problem what should i do

I feel that looks shouldn't matter. I mean yes to a point. I am not attracted to a man that has no teeth and a wart on his nose. I admitt their has to be a physical attraction. But as far as looks go i'm not reallllly picky. I just find that people are out for looks first then love. Peaple forget to look on the inside. There's this guy that I like and I've had a crush on him for 2 years. We've known eachother since birth but we don't really talk except for the occasional "hey" I really like him and I can't stand not telling him but i'm afraid that if i do he will reject me or make fun of me. I'm not really sure if he likes me or not. He's really a shy person and i don't know if he could ever get up enough nerve to ask me out. Should I just get up my courage and ask him or should i just hang back and see if i explode from all of these emotions first?And if so what would be the best way to approach him about this so without embarassing both of us?

I've written guys letters before and all they did was laugh! It's not as if my writing skills or poor or I can't spell....I just don't think they appreciated the fact that I took the time to tell them how I feel. Should I just give up altogether?Why are guys so stupid anyway?!
