OK. I'm a 15-year old girl with an average physical look but I consider myself pretty intelligent intellectually. I take Honors/Advanced classes and care a lot about my grades. I am dedicated to school and intend to get somewhere in life. I wear little make-up and don't consider myself beautiful. I am very kind and honest and love to talk about everything.

A few questions for high school guys -

1. For those guys who consider themselves "preps" or "jocks," would you even consider taking a girl like me out on a date?
2. For all guys: if you like a girl, what do you want to know before asking her out? How long do you wait and what do you wait for?
3. For all guys: do you ever let a girl know you like her through your actions/facial expressions?
4. For all guys: does pressure from your friends affect your choice of the girl you date?
5.If you like a girl from her looks and have not ever gotten a chance to talk with her one on one, would you still consider asking her out?

okay , this guy and I really liked ach other, but one day, he edecided he didn*t like me anymore and when he told me I asked him what I had done wrong. this is what he said:

1) that I signed a note with "love ya" and he thought I meant "I love you"
2) that I was "clingy" because when we walked, we were too close
3)and that " I worried too much" becasue I had asked him what ws wrong with him for two days in a row.

well, too me, these reasons are retarded. but I need to know what it is on a guys point of view

We are the best of friends and we feel more than that at times but the age difference is always a bit of an obstacle. If old guys can have younger women then why cant a very attractive older woman have a younger guy?

okay, so about 2 months ago, this guy I know was interested in me and even told me it. He also told me he is really shy and that's why he was so quiet when we'd talk on the phone. I was just getting over another guy, so I didnt really want another guy at tat time. Now that I'm over that guy, I think the other is about teh sweetest guy i';ve ever met and he treats me better than any other guy at my school. We have a lot in common too. The problem is he acts liek he doesn't want to be around me or talk to me. He stopped calling a few weeks ago and doesn't talk to me in the halls anymore. My guy friend told me I should call him tomorrow and drop some hints that are very obvious that I am into him. I'm not so sure. The only time we've talked in about 3 weeks was at a concert when he walked up and said Hey and I said hey and just walked off with my brother. I don't know what I should do...HELP?

Why do you guys keep your emotions all bottled inside untill you finally explode and get mad at the one person who never doubted you or raised there voice or even said that you where worthless. 'Cause my byf Eric exploded today and start yelling at me for no reason and said I make him feel worthless when I never once said that and said I judged him because he was goth which isn't true. This guy I know said to this really pretty girl kiddingly but probably half serious, when are we going to go get a hotel room. She's has a boyfriend so this is why I said he was half kidding. Theres tis girl I really like and want to start knowing her better. The only problem is, when I see her, I can't even make eye contact with her. Her eyes are glued to the ground and doesnt feel comfortable talking with anyone but her friends. I have her in one of my classes. Even though my exboyfriend ended our relationship he would still say hi to me on msn. That has stopped now, but a few days ago he said hi to me after not talking to me for more than 4 months. I was helping my sis pack for Western university and I logged on msn and put "packing for Western" as my msn quote and he said hi to me right away. I was surprised cuz we haven't talked in like forever. Neways after the casual stuff he asked me if I was changing schools and going to Western but I said no and told him it was my sis. After that he didn't say anything so I asked him why he contacted me and he said that it was "cuz he hadn't seen me in awhile". I can't believe him, he dumped me like months ago and now when he thinks I'm going to another university he says hi. What's up with that? How can he have the nerve to still ask me what is going on in my life, and why does he even care?
