DCS we use in Africa. Travels long distance normally at any time for free. LOnger distance at dawn when the air density is higher.
DCS = Drums communication system.
For I Love you Girl the beat is faster and lasts longer. Only downside is you wake more people up prematurely and it can lead to severe beating if the message is indeterminate or addressed to noone in particular.
Well each system has a downside. With phones you have to pay and she still might say no.
I was asked out by DCS the first time at age 4. Only we were playing and I said YES. Been with him since and I am 32 now.

I'm not sure about your question; do you want to ask a girl out, or call someone while you're on a date?? It's not really clear here what your question is really about.
But if you want to ask a girl out for a date, then by all means call her - via phone if she's on the phone and you know her number, or text sms - via email, letter, or IN PERSON!!
