I work in a area with alot of beautiful women of different races and nationalities...African American, Ethopian, Latin, Asian, and Middle Eastern...Isee women scoping me out sometimes...they even smile in my direction but never approach...Why is that?...if they like what they see...why don't they go for it?....I did'nt have this problem in Virginia Beach or Georgia....those women just would come out and say what they felt...why do these Washington DC, Alexandria, VA, and Maryland women hold back? Is it age or just trying to be conservative.

A woman wants you to come after her. Some of the women may be married so that may be a reason. If you are quite the catch, you may be presumed to be taken or intimidating. If you want them to approach you, maybe you should make it known that you aren't taken in the first place. Good luck with the Ladies, you'll be fine.

Maybe they're just being friendly. Just because they smile at you doesn't mean they automatically want you.
Maybe they just like to 'look'. Kind of like what men do to women. :)
