now that my wife's estate is being settled, her twin says she should get half of my sister's estate because they were twins. Could this be true?

i remember my past when i didnt knew meaning of porn it was so happy and nice life ppl liked me and i was cool

from last 2 yrs i been going on porn sites and now the addiction is too much my attitude and thoughts have changed in all fields

i want to stay off it but i just cant something happens to my brain and i just go to the sites and after 10 mins or so i than regret what i did and i dont want to talk to my family or any1 about it so i am posting it on yahoo

i also think its making me religiosly weaker and keeping me away from god which is why from past few months whatever i do i am not successfull

all i want is your help to stay off it by force or by changig my thoughts some1 please help before i turn into a devil soldier

its only the 10mins i cant control
i hope i will get help here rather than crtisizim and hatred

hey.im 14 years old. and i want to know what qualities in a young girl that older adults look for as mature and respectable. i want to stand out apart from my friends as "grown up". im not an adult, so i dont know what adults think about this. also, what characteristics about a teenage girl turn you off?
i really want the women at our church to think "wow shes really growing up," or "I really like that girl".
and also, when 14 year olds wear makeup, does it make adults think "oh shes just trying to grow up too fast" or do you think it makes them look pretty?
please, i need LOTS of advice. please help me!

Extended family members, friends and even co-workers love to pry into my life and find out what I do in the department of love. Lol. I don't get bothered about this, but when I am completely honest by telling people that I am happy being single, and will be for the foreseeable future, it's almost as if they get offended. "What do you want to be alone your entire life?" Says a divorced women who is living in sin with a married man. "You need to get a life, it must be so boring! I bet you are a virgin right?" Says the girl who cheats on her husband. LOL, they don't know that I haven't even had my first kiss yet, but I could only imagine what they would say.

if you buy a cd on itunes does that mean that you just can put all the songs on your ipod? like they DONT send it to you??? what if you dont have an ipod? but the only place you can get the cd is on itunes? so if you buy a cd off of there that means you wont get the cd just the songs on the cd on your ipod???????? Im 16, i have been with my boyfriend for 2 years, but we broke up for 6 months last year, he dumped me.
I have loved him solidly for 2 years, i call him my best friend, sometimes i feel hes my only friend....
And then he goes an lets me down...
I dont know whether its becase hes 16, his Xbox 360 and BMXing is sooo important to him, more so than me... I feel often

I am fine witrh him hanging out with them, but now he doesnt text me goodnight or random nice things anymore, and we dont go out anymore. He comes over once a week for an evening and we just get cosy and intimate, thats all we have, when I want to just "hang out" he gets bored, I dont know what to do to keep him entertained anymore.
I am not into BMXing or hangin round the skate park anymore, do you think it means hes drifted away from me?
Am I just holding on to what we used to have so strong?

my roomate at college is really hard to be around. he knows how to hack into a computer, and he does it to mine all the time. he also makes fun of what i want to major in (doctoring) and it is really starting to piss me off. if he doesnt stop, i am gonna have to punch him! any ideas on either a.) getting him to stop or b.) helping me ignore it?

one of which cannot be found despite reasonable efforts to find them. how will the estate be devided? Can the executor of the will decide to put the fourth share in the bank , in case he eventually turns up? Or must the estate be devided among the three children who can be found. There is no wife in this scenario. Thanks

This is a really difficult question but one of my girl friends said in a joke that I better watch out because someone might try to take my husband. I started thinking about what she said and now I'm a little worried. He's really very handsome and masculine and he's been away from me since August in Infantry Training. I will get to see him again early next year and plan to introduce him to his newborn son. I met him when we were both 13 and we became friends. We started dating a few years later and over the years he did occasionally date other girls but always came back to me. I have a great figure but I'm not that pretty. I used to smile at him when he went out with someone else and say it was ok but inside I was crying that I would lose him. Usually he would e mail me or call me on my cell phone after a date and say "hi special girl". Then I would respond with what's up "puppy boy" and he would say "nothing is up because I miss you".That innuendo let me know he still liked me

About three months ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. I feel like I’m ready to move on now, but I have become self conscious about my ceramic braces that I have had for about a year now. When I was with him, I didn’t notice I even had them, but now, I feel soooo self conscious. I’m 24 years old, and I was with him for a year and four months. Any advice? I especially get self conscious on dates, it’s a horrible feeling. I’ve always been really confident, and I have been told my braces are really cute, but I can’t shake the feeling.

I hate high school drama;really,I do,but no matter what I always seem to BE the subject.I'm basically a doormat for my friends;I love them&I know they mean well&I'm usually the resident psycologist.but sometimes they don't realise that they take advantage of me,wether it be as a project-doer,a coat hanger/shelf,sending me off to do things for them,because they've always known me as "the helper".I also have this friend of mine who likes me,CONSTANTLY on my tail;i think he's bipolar,telling me all the time that I hate him&then that he "loves" me&is always blaming me for all his problems&dumping his emotion baggage onto me,telling me how he mutilates himself&following me after school!I've never done intentionally done anything to him but help&he makes me feel horrible!My family;of course I love them,but there's this constant need to be perfect,especially from my grandma;Im the oldest kid in the house so I'm beckoned to do everything,running around like some chicken with no head.

I've been married 3 1/2 yrs & we've been together 17. my problem is that he seems to get really mad and nasty when he feels mys sisters are lying to him. I don't know why, they are grown women and have their own lives. anyway the day before turkey day he got really mad at me cause i sent out a video to a male friend of ours it was funny something on youtube, it was NOt sexual, or flirtatious or fresh in anyway. anyway he said it made him uncomfortable that i sent it the friend. i said sorry i just thought it was funny. so then i told him that it made me unconfortable the way he acts about my sister & her so called lying but then he blew up at me. we havent spoken since the day before turkey day. i'm really hurt that he doesnt see what this is doing to us. we've been arguing about this for over a month now & it's getting really old. the way he acts really does make feel uncomfortable, he almost acts like he's a jealous boyfriend and that hurts my feelings. I dont know what to do.
