Same thing where I work. Now they've made so many cuts in personnel that we're all doing the work of 2-3 people! I've been there 20 years, and I have never seen it so bad!
Management has their head all then way up their AZZ!

I agree with you, management suck and they play favourites way too much. I can't talk to my girlfriend (who works with me) for two minutes while other people chat and mess around the whole night with nothing being said. All because they suck up to the boss, thats why I quit as of this Tuesday. Told them to take my job and re-staff it!
I suggest you do the same if you don't completely need the money, its not worth the hassle. If you do need it then just trip your boss the next time they pass you, it helps.

i do no longer understand a great form of people who're caught up in all of this envy you communicate of. i do no longer understand how all people would desire to evaluate government tips as a thank you to a good life. I hear that! My managers all have their heads up their a****! They are hurting the company instead of helping & they never even consider that the employees might know a little bit more about it. Our opinions couldn't matter less. I swear, my administrator can't even work our phones. What a moron! I feel your pain, hang in there

Yeah. Somehow management sucks everywhere. I was management assistant and I quit. Prefer to be just a sales person.

Yes, I'm quitting mine and I'm going to do something I actually enjoy. It's only taken me to the age of 40 to realise that I should have done that 20 years ago.
