If what you got is good, don't let it go away.
If the grass on your side is not as green, then you must nurture it back to health, so your side is greener......

You recognize what you have before it's gone by not taking people for granted and realizing how blessed you are to have folks that want to spend time with you. You put yourself in their shoes before you speak and think "how would I like it if someone said to me what I plan to say to them?"
The grass is always greener on the other side because people often forget the things I just said before this. Other folks look good to you because you don't see their dirty socks, or bad habits, just the one-dimensional exterior persona they use in public.
You make decisions by assessing what is of the most importance, weighing your available options, proceeding accordingly and not second-guessing the decision once it's made.

Relationships are so difficult because it's the meeting of 2 minds 2 hearts... People usually do not know what they had until it's gone. Trying to get it back is sometimes hopeless. To me if the clouds say Rain to come, then do both of you a favor & get out... However, if the clouds show signs of sunshine, then move forward with this person & give it your all!
