My boyfriend and I have been together on and off for over 4 years now. His family really interfere in our relationship all the time. They are the reason we have broken up. We just got back together in November and he said his family would not be an issue anymore. We were determined to make things work and finally have the relationship we wanted. We were even talking about getting married. We had a baby together a month ago and I thought finally things were going good for us. I was wrong. He's a great man, treats me so good, works hard and supports me and the baby. He's also a great father. But the thing is he's hardly around. He's always too busy fixing his family's problems and basically supporting his mom. He hardly spends time with his son and I just can't handle it anymore. I just don't think I can be with him anymore. I mean why be with a guy who is too busy taking care of his family, when they are perfectly capable of caring for themselves, rather than take care of his son?

I am a 21 year old college student going for an accounting degree. Yesterday, i got in a huge fight with my father which totally made me want to end my life. I have never had a good relationship with him and yesterday everything just blew up, ending with me having a bruise and him wanting me out of the house. I hate him so much that i wish i died to never see him again. I cant afford to move out because of my car and paying for school. My mom wants me stay because she pays for the house and my dad never worked and has no money. Its hard to talk to someone about my problems because i have very few friends. I have never had a girlfriend, never been on a date. I feel really lonely and lost. I am having money problems because of school and my car. I have very low self esteem because i think i am ugly, but now its like nothing matters to me anymore. I hate my life and wonder if i should keep going. Ending my life will put me out of my misery.

I find that they have had sexual relations, I have tried to ask him to stay away, he is now saying that I have no way of stopping them from seeing each other outside of my home. Can I get a restraining order, how does that work, who do I contact. This is in the state of Ohio.

My boyfriend and I have decided an year ago that we would get married. Now, his parents are forcing us to get married and I would so love to do that this December. I have a 3 week long vacation and Christmas would be so perfect time! So..what is the problem?

My elder sister is going through a rough time and in the conservative family I'm born in, I cannot get married before her. She is now seeing a guy and hopefully things will get good for her. But, I do not know if that will happen before Xmas. His parents have asked me couple of months back..if we atleast wanted to have an engagement party @ Xmas. Things were really bad then and I said no. I wanted to wait out for my sister. Now, i'm going chicken and want my engagement to happen. I have asked my boyfriend if this was still a possibility. He sternly says "NO. IT IS TOO LATE TO ARRANGE EVERYTHING AND INVITE EVERYBODY. " My parents are really worried about my sister and I don't know how to tell them either. Am I just being selfish?

I'm 25 y/o, single, no kids. I'm just getting out of a 4yr relationship that's been going bad. (We lived together; I never lived alone and have been living with him for past 3.5 years. He moved out of state recently for work and I stayed here.)
I've recently done somethings I'm not proud of. My friends and I are slipping apart (they're getting married, etc.) and part of me doesn't like/trust some of them entirely anymore.

I feel like I'm in a rut and I would like to move somewhere to get away from it all and start my life new. I've never really been single or experienced what I've wanted to do and I feel like now is the time to do it. I am a bit depressed now but nothing out of the ordinary, I'm just in a rut. I want to change the direction my life is going but I don't know where to start..

Any ideas of somewhere good for singles to relocate?
Any tips on ways for me to start over?
I need to do something for me for a change and just need a nudge in the right direction!

There are 3 accounts on the desktop: mine, his and our daugher's. His account is password protected, ours are not.
We had an argument and I deleted his password. Yes, it was wrong, but I didn't go into his account.
In retaliation, he password protected our accounts. He says he needs his security and justifies it with me having a laptop.
The fight has long since been over and I still have no access to the desk top. And today, he deleted my and our daughter's accounts. So all the information I had stored on the desktop under my private account is gone. (I had an extensive list of all our movies, their genre, description and rating of all our movies. I did this before I found Y!A :))
We hand built the computer and he paid for most but the 2 media burners, external memory, the mouse, monitor, and 2 printers I paid for.
I have the laptop but I can't print anything or burn the movies I get from netflix.
Any advice would be nice!

My manager at work has been a little inappropriate with me at work as of lately. It's nothing drastic, but he will stare at my breasts or touch me in awkward ways or make unprofessional comments about my appearance. I'm not sure If I should notify someone about this or not. I'm a single mother of a 4 year old and I don't know how this would affect her if I should notify someone and the issue escalates into a big to do. I love my job, but my boss really makes me uncomfortable and I don't want him to think this is okay or for the problem to grow.

My boyfriend and I were very independant when we met 18 months ago. We both lived alone and enjoyed the high life, travelled and partied plenty. We'd both been dating but hadnt met anybody 'special' for 3 years, probably because we'd become so paticular with age/experience. When I met him, he swept me off my feet, however I find that entering into a meaningful relationship and caring about somebody so deeply makes me vunerable. I've found myself becoming jealous at situations I never did before. I also get overly emotional and upset like I have never done before. My vision of the future is us being together. We've both talked seriously of marraige but Im worried that the more I fall in love, the more my feelings will intensify, including the negative emotions that Im experiencing now. I keep telling myself I should just make the most of having somebody special but I didnt realise how intense close relationships can be. He's 40, Im 33 and neither of us have been married before.

Last night and all day today I have been in a bad mood. I HATE when my boyfriends ex-wife comes over to drop thier child off to us. She watches him durning the day after school on our weeks cause my boyfriend thinks its better for the child to be with the mother, not a baby sitter (Plus he doesn't have to pay sitter that away.) The ex stays over at my appartment with my boyfriend and her son till at least the time I get ready to leave work to come home. She is trying and trying to make my relationship with my boyfriend and her son a living H***. There have been time when I have come home from lunch and she has been sitting at the table with my boyfriend. The child wasn't even with them (At School.) What can I do about her always wanting to be around and messing up my relationship with my boyfriend. She is also remarried. She shouldn't be trying to mess things up!I know she will always be around but she should just bring the child over and then leave, she doesn't need to come in. Help!?

This summer I was planning on going on a "study abroad" program for a month with my best friend. it goes to different cities in europe. anyways soo, on the phone today she told me that her other really good friend wants to go on the same one with us. ive met her once, she seems nice. anyways im wondering now that were a group of 3 rather then 2 should i still do it or maybe do the same one but on my own (theres a few programs doing those same places)? the only thing thats holding me back from signing up is that fact that an odd # might leave someone out, me or her other friend.

should i do it with them or enter one flying solo? explain to me what you think :)

do you let other cars in? or do you get road rage? if you do, do you swear at your self and starting jumping around in the car or swear at other people? or do you just take your time and let the world pass you by?

my husband pulled out in front of a bus once and when the bus beeped his horn he stook his head out of the window and shouted a lot of abuse!!
Another time (this is the truth 100%) we were driving up this street when we let this flash car go, he didnt wave his hand to say thanks and my husband was going mad girating in the car when my daughter piped up "hey isnt that our doctor" it was so funny, he hasnt been able to look him in the eye since!!
