There are 3 accounts on the desktop: mine, his and our daugher's. His account is password protected, ours are not.
We had an argument and I deleted his password. Yes, it was wrong, but I didn't go into his account.
In retaliation, he password protected our accounts. He says he needs his security and justifies it with me having a laptop.
The fight has long since been over and I still have no access to the desk top. And today, he deleted my and our daughter's accounts. So all the information I had stored on the desktop under my private account is gone. (I had an extensive list of all our movies, their genre, description and rating of all our movies. I did this before I found Y!A :))
We hand built the computer and he paid for most but the 2 media burners, external memory, the mouse, monitor, and 2 printers I paid for.
I have the laptop but I can't print anything or burn the movies I get from netflix.
Any advice would be nice!
yes, I know he's acting like a baby!

See a marriage counselor before you get married. You both acted a little crazy with this and are both wrong. Whether you went into his account or not, you were wrong to delete his password. He was wrong for being equally childish instead of responding like a grown up and taking higher ground.

You're probably looking for a way to resolve your computer issues, but you've got bigger problems than that.

You both need to grow up.
I would not recommend marrying this big baby.
If you actually bought that laptop, then take it back and kick him to the curb.
If you bought the components for it, then get some tools and remove those components and give him back what's left and then kick him to the curb.
Go get your own computer. Dell has some lower end ones that will suffice until you can get one that fits your needs.

If you line up and camp out at your favorite computer retailer on Thanksgiving evening, chances are you can get a huge deal on exactly what you want. I know a lady that got a laptop for her daughter for like $400 that way.

He might be watching porn. It's a MAJOR addiction these days for guys to watch porn on the computer and sadly enough it is an addiction and needs to be addressed as would any addiction.

I hope he's not for your sake.
