Hi there folks,
Can anyone recommend a good spot to hold a baby shower in the Bay Area, suggestions can be in San Francisco City & County, the East Bay and/ or San Mateo County...I want to invite about 50 or so close friends & family...my baby is due around Halloween so I have to pull this together fast :-0

I'm 22 and been with this guy for almost 4 years. i've moved from a state I loved because he wanted to be closer to HIS family when he got out of the military. I was 3 months pregnant with our daughter when we moved, he wouldnt get a job becasue he said he deserved time off and he didnt want me to get a job either incase we moved. Eventually he couldnt care for me physically or emotionaly so i drove 12hrs to my family 5 months pregnant. He didnt come after me, he missed the birth and when she was 6 months he finally got an apt, and a decent job so I moved back to the state I hate to try to make this family work. We've been through A LOT and still made it through. Is it wrong of me to say either marry me in the next year or let me go?!? We both want more kids but I feel I deserve to have the same lastname as my children, and I feel I deserve to be his wife. I just never seen my life this way. i'm pretty, smart, college grad, great mommy and I always find myself putting up with B.S.

Hey, I am in some big S**T for i was on my phone for a quiet a while (i always am) and somehow made a bill of £75, and £60 is my limit. please i need help my dad is really going to be mad becasue it isnt the first time ive gone over.

please im really scared about what he'll say, i know ive dissapointed him but i dont know what i can do. please help how can i saw sorry with words and try and make it up to him. please re-asure me for i am just.. sooooo terrified.

I am working as a cashier attendant in my eldest aunt's internet cafe after College w/ a degree in Business Administration.My aunt accepted me to fill the vacancy.Currently,i enjoy working as a cashier in the cafe even if we are paid less than minimum.I am happy here coz I have a wonderful co-worker,made many friends & less pressure bec. the owners are my relatives.I feel at home here.Then a bank teller job was offered to me & will be taking my exam tomorrow.But i am unsure to take this job coz I will miss many things & people i learned to love.If I quit here,my aunt(owner)will get upset at me since they trusted me so much.I'm afraid I might be disowned & totally be on my own.My 3 aunts(2 are abroad in US)paid to finish my college, apartment rent,water & electricity since my grandma is living with my unemployed dad & my mom left us.I feel I can't raise my dad on my own even if i have a bank teller job.If I would be able to pay for the bills,still might not be enough left for savings.

I like someone and he is 19 and I am going to be turning 26 next month, not sure when his birthday is...but I kind of like him...I am thinking this is ok to do if we do wind up together cause my heart is telling me this...and it's not like he is 16 or 17...know what i mean? i am 22 years old muslim guy living in usa and this girl she is soon turning 22 living in bangladesh. we really love each other, but our situation brought us somewhere , that we cant even imagine now what to do. she is getting married iwth someone else in less than one week. i dont know right now what to do. we talked yesterday and i think thats the last time probably we can talked. she tried to explain her parents but they didnt listen to her, because everything was set with the other guy. i dont know what to do. we talked yesterday and she was crying badly. telling me everyone has been invited, everyone knows now that she is getting married to someone. and if something happens, such as if we elope it will hurt her parents and its involve with their respect as well, but she cant live without me thats for sure, plz guys tell me what can i do. since we cant contact anymore, and even if i go to bangladesh , just by me what can i do. god plz tell me, plz give me ur best thoughts,

First may I say I do not spend all my time on the computer, just so happenes got the use of one this early am. I would love to work again But I am disabled. Past judgement not, speak with a heart...I did not share all with Answers but will if you need all the facts by e-mailing me, You know I have owned 2 homes but my disabilty ate up my money. This spring I had a small breakdown and was diagnosed with Bipolar type 2. I was able to get help and get on the right meds (took awhile) and finally feel like I'm on the right track, however, during that time I seriously neglected my relationship of six years with my boyfriend. This summer we started to fight and then last week I found out he doesnt think I'm "the one" anymore. We have decided to try and work on things, because he says he just doesnt feel that special connection anymore, and he says he still respects me and thinks I'm a great person and doesnt want to throw the last six years out in the trash, but he wants to be absoloutely sure. Do relationships come back from this? Or am I just hoping for nothing? Im still deeply in love with him, and am starting to feel great again about my life after a big depression, I just dont want to drag on the inevitable.

They have been fighting alot lately about his lying. She has gotten so mad at him and has slapped him on the face about 3 times. We have always felt she had anger management issues and have tired to get her help. She's over 18 so we can't force her to get help. Neither her father or I have ever hit each other or spanked or hit our kids. I feel that if they continue this relationship the violence will just escalate. It's pretty frightening neither set of parents wants them together but they believe they are in love and want to get married after dating for 4 months. Thank goodness she leaves for school in two days. Any ideas on how to handle this problem. I feel that until she knows why she does this it'll never stop. I'm afraid if she were ever to have children she'd hit them. We have always felt the relationship was dysfunctional, they both have slowly stopped hanging out with anyone but each other. She sometimes does the victim talk"its all my fault we fight" what 2 do?

My mother was a good parent when I was a little girl, but after I became a teenager and then an adult, the relationship deteriorated so bad we don't speak anymore. She is neglectful of my grown.daughter as well. Please share your stories. It is embarrassing for me. We begged her for years to visit on Thanksgiving, we visited her often. I just had to let go to save my sanity. I was just wondering if there is anyone with similar stories, especially women, but men are welcome to respond, too. Please don't answer if your relationship with your mother is a good one.

My boyfriend misses his vacation to Mexico over the summer SO MUCH he has a hard time concentrating on his life back home. My husband and I are in the middle of a divorce. We have five children together and they are living full time with me in my parent's home.
Yesterday, I asked a question about an 'incident', concerning my soon-to-be ex, Cooper, and another girl. I ended up calling my lawyer and discussing my action plan, and after having a fight with Cooper, I called up my lawyer again.
He invited me to come up to his office to work a few things out for my case.

So I went over there, leaving my parents to babysit. But after about 3 hours of discussing the case, I don't know what came over us, but we started kissing, which turned to making out, which turned to crazy sex. We did it everywhere, on his desk, on the floor, even in his sink.

I think that I may actually love him, but I am afraid to show my face anywhere near him again. I haven't dated in 6 years, so help me out, please! How do I know if he feels the same way? What should I do about our relationship? How will I work out my divorce now?

Ok, I'm on the shy side and whenever I go to the mall I get anxious because I always feel like girls my age are judging me as I walk past them. Many times I have to look down I'm so nervous. So I started thinking I should try to get over this fear by making eye contact with as many girls as possible to get a little of that dominant male attitude back in my wimpy shy brain,that most normal guys have. Do you think this would be a good experiment? Will it creep out girls? At this point I'd rather make them uncomfortable then to continue living without confidence. What do you guys think?

I am a 16 year old male living in england, I am just bored with life, i left school a few months back and planning on doing an apprenticeship, but my life seems empty, i have no girlfriend (although I have been told I am good looking), part time job, and all i do on weekends is get drunk and go to the football.
