i have a friend in the same situation, except he is 30 and she is 18 and he already got her pregnant. now she wishes she had time to "grow up" and experience life. just be careful for the both of you.

It doesn't make you a horrible person or anything, age is just a number, but it is difficult to date a much younger guy. My bff's boyfriend is 20 and she's 25 and they have so many probs just b/c he's not on the same page emotionally or intellectually and he is in that partying phase. That would be my big concern. MOST Guys at 19 are not career minded or at all grown up. If you both on the same level then it will work no matter what age you are. That's the formula for any good relationship, you have to be in the same place. My husband is 34 and I'm 26 and we get along fine b/c my ambition level, among other things, is the same as his.

Well, legally, he is an adut with all those rights and responsibilities. However, when you go out to dinner he can't get a cocktail or a bottle of wine.
