I will answer, although I am not a guy.

Most people are afraid of saying I Love You first. For fear of rejection, or afraid they wont say it back.

My hubby, when we was dating told me first..

I just feel like if you love someone and want to tell them, it shouldn't matter who says it first. I guess it depends on the person. I would say MOST girls say it first..
