I am married with two boys that are not the biological children of my husband. They have different fathers. I have gone through all the legal procedures to file for child support for one of the dads. Needless to say I haven't seen a penny and even though they say you go to jail for not paying he is free as a bird and obviously not worried because he still isn't paying. The other father is great and gives whatever I ask for. My husband says I need to put him on court ordered child support but I say why, I went that route and got nothing from it. My husband thinks that I won't do it b/c I have feelings for this one and he know s I detest the other one so he thinks it was easy to do it to him. This is not the case at all and I don't think i've given him any reason to believe i still care for this man. This is a big issue for us and I wanted to know if anyone out there has any advice on what I should do. Who is right here?

I wanted to wait till my kids were grown up before I did it as they had a difficult time with the breakdown of my marriage to their father. I didnt think they needed the upheavel that an adoption might have caused, and it would nt have been fair on the child I was to adopt as they would have needed my full attention.
Well my kids are all grown up and independent now and I thought it would be a good time to look into it again. The problem I now have is that my partner of 6 years does not like kids (although I find him good with my nieces and nephews) and doesnt want to adopt. What do I now do ?
It is very important to me . I have always wanted to do this even before I had kids of my own. I have always took in other peoples kids when the familys were having problems and enjoyed being able to help them and seeing them blosssom into the secure young adults that they should be.
Do I make an unltimatum out of it ? Would that be in the best interest of any kids I adopt ? Help !!

He so mature, emotionally stable, caring, to crown it all, loving and respectful. I so much love him cos of his good character towards me, and I wish he could marry me. But he told me indirectly during our conversation dat he dont have it at the back of his mind to marry now, until he is 29 cos he is only 19 years. Now the problem is am 21years old, am confused, I need help to be able to handle the relationship cos I dont want to loose him.

how much is the house going up for sale and remember i want half and i told her that she will only get 5000 and me too and i got back thats not enough i want more than that
i will do it through my lawyer then and thought things where getting better obviously not and i will file for divorce too this made me like **** as it was me that paid for the dam house in the first place

and i told her 3 days ago that the house is getting sold and im going to oz to study then she was like not happy as she now that she would never see me again and she kinda changed and said we will see if we can make it work and i was going around to hers for dinner and now all this what do you think she is up to as i have a feeling about something but wanna see if it is the same as you think too

My mom got a phone call today from a girl asking for my dad. she said he was not home and when she asked who it was the girl hung up on her. I asked her for the number and called it. when she answered I asked what her name was and she told me than i asked why she wanted to speak to my dad and she did not give me an answer. she tryed to act confused like she dident know she just called and asked for my dad. when i asked her again she said sorry and hung up. now she wil not answer her phone. what do you guys think i sounds a bit fishy to me.

I have a friend that said a month ago that she wanted to go get pedicures soon and she is pregnant and married and I know she is probly very busy but I wanted to email her and ask her if she still wanted to go do that. ok- i dont agree with killing babies.. and if you are going to have sex with someone, you should be ready to face the consequences... at least just give birth to it, and if you can't handle raising a baby, put it in a place it is wanted.

so- isn't the morning-after-pill doing like the same thing.. killing an unwanted child?? BUT if it is a rape, i would tell them to do the pill, instead of the other abortion process...if thats what they choose to do. In the end, i think it is really the girls choice, but i just dont think its right.

we were talking about birth control in my health class the other day, and i just starting thinking about that...

what do you guys think??

I left my abusive husband of 23 yrs. ....verbally, mentally, and emotional abuse......I thought I had met my soulmate and left.
After 2 yrs. living with this man, I have discovered that he is ten times more controlling and is somewhat physically abusive and threatening at times. I fell in love I thought, for the first time. I fell in love with his good side. For 2 yrs. prior to our living together, he was the "perfect" person. Very romantic. Very attentive. No showing of a temper. No showing of male chauvinistic tendencies....nothing but love and laughter. You may think I just didn't see the bad side but that is not true. No inkling whatsoever, I promise. He cooked for me, wrote me love letters, sang to me, went everywhere with me, complimented me always, brought me coffee, brushed my hair and massaged my back , baked me a birthday cake, gave me jewelry, sat on the beach with me,....you get it right? Coming from a totally inattentive husband, you can see why I fell for him
