i been see this girl for a long time and we've said we love each other but i don't know if she's really telling the truth or if she just trying to hurt me again.
so how do you really know.

What does "truth" mean? Do you mean, how do you trust her? If you don't trust her, then it doesn't matter if she loves you or not, because you're not ready for her to love you. Doesn't mean you've done something wrong - you just haven't reached a place in your relationship where you can love her.
Certainly you don't want to be hurt. So go at it this way - if she says it, wonderful. Enjoy being loved, and work hard to get to know her more and for her to know you more. Perhaps your trust in her will grow to the point where you can love her.
If not, then move along in your life. Life is much too short to spend time with someone who has hurt you and you expect to hurt you again.

You said if she is trying to hurt you again. That means in the past she has given you reason to doubt her feelings for you. Not everyone who says I love you mean it. Some people say it to strangers as if nothing. I once was in a relationship. And left the guy because he said I love you to me. He had been seeing other women behind my back. Dating going dancing with them. Once I was at his place and he was in a hurry it seemed for me to leave. It turned out he was going to meet another woman. So when one day he comes out and says I love you. I got furious. I was so offended. I thought him disgusting. For having the gull to tell me he loved me. After all the things I knew he did. I left him. And when he insisted by calling me. I ignored him. I didn't even want to be his friend. If she treats you with what is your idea of someone in love. Then it's true she loves you. If all she does is disrespect you with either her actions or words. Then she doesn't love you. And wants you to think she does in order to use you for whatever purpose she has in mind. Could be money, sex, just to have a guy on the side for when she has no one.

hey, you mean she's hurt you before? like how? did she lie then?
cause if she lied before, she would have a tendency to do it again.
BUT, while she said that she loved you, was she looking into your eyes? were you looking back and she manage to hold your gaze?
the eyes would give away alot of clues. try observe her more while she's talking and pick up on the eye signals and positive language. if shes saying she loves you and is looking other places, at everything else except you, she might by lying.

The only way you will know if she's telling you the truth is if her actions match what she says. Watch for signs. Her actions will tell everything.

That is an odd reaction you have there. In what way did she hurt you by saying I love you? That is sad. Its in her actions, the way she looks at you. The sensitivity she feels to your pain, your joys. The interest she has in your opinions. And the biggest one of them all,,,is pretend she hasnt heard that same joke or story and laugh heartily everytime pretending its the first time she heard it! (Ask anyone in love they will agree on that one)

If you feel unsure that she is being truthful, you are probably right.
She has hurt you, and might do so again.
Drop her like a holey sock, and start looking for someone trustworthy! She doesn't deserve you sweetie!

break up with her and find out. if she gets angry shes lying but if she cries then.... oops too late. Why would she lie anyway and why do you say hurt you AGAIN. If she did this before then dump her fast

the grass is always greener on the other side.(until you get there) then you find that the best grass was growing in your own yard.from the get go! and then its to late.because although you,re still there somebody, else is mowing your lawn!
