Her mother and I are curently going through a court battle in regards to her residence. I asked what contact I can have with my daughter until then but on all the dates I have proposed she has said she is working. But she said she only works every 2nd Sat so I can see her this Sat but then in the same letter she said she is working every weekend until Sat 7th July (as you can see this is not every 2nd Sat) But then she went on to say if I drop going for residence then I can have her for half the holidays and staying contact every fortnight comencing this weekend. Should I give up on residence and take the contact or should I stick to my initial intentions. There were reasons I initally requested residence in my favour I didn't just want to take her from her mother. The reasons in my eyes were valid. We have done things through court for contact 6 times and she has broken every court order and still nothing gets done. should i give up she calls another man daddy she is only 3 help

Some strange thing is happening with my brother. He is 2 years elder to me, and normally at home on weakends. About a month back accidently both of us have seen our parents in sex action. Since then he hug me in such a way that my breast touches his chest, and I noticed twice his hardened tool touching me during hug. What should I do. Hello All!We are newly married and both me and my wife are virgins.We havent had sex as of yet and the main reason is we are still in the dark and a bit scared of the birth control method.We are bit shy to ask anyone either.My questions are:
1.Will it be tough to insert my penis inside my wifes vagina at first as her hymen is still intact and will it bleed?Is she going to get hurt a lot?
2.We have no idea abt the birth control pills.Is my wife suppose to take it everyday even though we didnt have sex?Her period stopped about 5 days ago and we are planning to have sex tomorrow night.

okay well i just moved to a new state almost a year ago. When i 1st moved here i met this guy. This guy is 11 yrs older than i am, im 16. This guy and i have done things but not 2 an extreme (like kiss and stuff). Ive become OBSESSED with him .. we talk on the phone and he's always there. He works for the county jail and whatnot & he has a career. The problem is.. hes moving out in the beginning of july. When i mean moving out .. I mean that he lives with his parents across the st. and hes moving out of his house 2 live with his friend. I really have no one 2 talk 2 1ce he leaves. Im gona be devestated and heartbroken. Me and my b/f's mom pretty much hate each other. Me and my b/f have been together for about 4 years now and she is always depressed b/c her lover on the side doesnt talk to her that often b/c he is MARRIED and she tries to break them up and it doesnt work even though they always mess around.... but anyway.. she always complains about me and tells me to my face pretty much "what I need to do" to where I dont go to her house all the time to spend time with my b/f. (he still lives with his mom because we are in college) She is always talking rude to me and giving me dirty looks and she is just a heartless BI##H if you know what I mean. lately my friends don't want to hang out with me, it seems my boyfriend doesn't love me the way he used to (its been eight months together). My friends don't like him, they don't even know him but all they care about is that i'm not spending as much time together (in my opinion -- very self centered). I don't know if i still believe the values of my religion any more. I just got grounded from going to my boyfriend's house because of some of the things we do there (found out my mom saves my msn conversations). I'm grounded off msn for the time being. This summer all i'm doing is babysitting two kids with possibly no connection to the outer world. I just don't know where to go from here. Please ... any advice? It just seems like everything is going wrong. What would happen if i ran away?

I am 28, my parents are wealthy and try to use their money and influence to control me.
I just want to live my simple middle class life.
I asked for $62,000 in $2,000 monthly installments so that I can maintain my lifestyle while I go to school and try to start my own business.
Am I being unreasonable, they can afford it. I haven't asked for anything since I graduated from Highschool and moved out of their house. I have been working for the past 10 years and going to school, I don't want them to take care of me I just want some help.

i go to job corps and live there to and imma bout to be finish on the 27 of this month and i ask my mom if i could come home and she said no i cant she doesnt want me there cause im disrespectful but dont u think in order to get respect you have to give it cause i cant respect someone that doesnt respect me... this is my foster mom which is my dad's sister and she told that she didnt have time to deal with another kid and that she already raise her children and doesnt have time for another she adopted me when i was 4
