Mine is mental by being grounded. But I used to be physical. Wats urs? Just interested. got notin better to do. So wth is ur punishment?

I had both but at the moment im punishing myself mentally cause i spoke to my man in a harsh manner.

I don't believe in Physical punishment and mental punishment isn't any better.~
I wouldn't classify grounding a mental punishment..

i dont get punished
but i do end up learning what i did wrong
your parents arent made at your for you
they are mad at what you did
