My causin have same age with my dad and she was my moms favorite and one day someone called us about them...first i didnt believe but later on as i imagine how sweet they are if my mom is not around..and she sleeps with my dad when my moms not around and if were happy i felt shes jealous..and now i cant live in our place peacefuly coz i really cant forgive my causin..

It's not incest if it's your mom's cousin, it's not illegal cause you said they're the same age, but I would still tell my mom because her family coming in her house to betray her is something she needs to know. You shouldn't let her go on trusting someone who would do that to her.

How old is your cousin? If she is below the legal age of consent this is wrong. And he should be reported to the authorities. Even if he is your dad. It's just plain wrong.
