We are hearing that girls are going out and meeting men that they met on myspace/online and getting abducted. Now the parents are trying to blame mypace and the internet for it. Don't you think its the parents fault for not keeping track of what their kids are doing online. I understand that they are trying to give their kids more freedom but at what cost. I don't care how of the kid is 14, 15, 16, 17 they still need to monitor their computers. What do you think about this?

my past policy has been, if you play it safe - you be safe. so i only im'ed and emailed people i already knew. (btw, im 18)
i recently satrted using yahoo questions thing (and i must admit, im hooked) but the being besides the point- ive bumped into people that i have alot in commen with, and im rethinking this. what do you think?
i mean, id never meet anyone i didnt know or anything, but what if i met someone, and i think that i trust them? i mean, you can never really know online.

I mean I'm attracted to all types of guys but I really have a thing for geeks and nerds. (more geeks though) Is there anyway to make geeks talk to you? The only guys that will come and talk to me are guys that seem like players. I don't know what to do about it. She's a beautiful person inside and out, but I'm still questioning what I should do and my judgement because I'm still a minor. I'm usually the one to give out answers, but I still want to know. This is serious and important to me, so please answer respectfully. She is not the kind of person to use me.

I applied to nursing sch last winter in the area where my then bf lived 2 hrs away from where I lived, We broke up but remained on good terms. I got accepeted in July and had to move over here right away, my mom is keeping son for me this so I can get settled in my ex knew and I was under the impression we were goin 2 get bk together and get to know each other I even stayed w/him 4 2 wks, when I got here, to make a long story short it didn't happen, he basically played me, out of the blue 3 wks told me that he was in a relationship, which he was over my house 3 wks prior , I think he just met her for reasons that are too long to go into but now I am by myself I have been in the house every weekend since I have been here unless I go home, friends I have at school either do not go out or are married, I am depressed lonely yu name it, I am on the verge of havn a break down I cry constantly I sacrificed everything to go to school now it doesnt seem worth it. I dont know what 2 do different

I'm not talking about sex, because any hooker can do that for you. I mean what is special about her that does it for you? My man appreciates the way I listen, understand him, and don't berate him for any bad decisions he may make. He also likes that I'm a happy person which makes him feel good. How about you?

My boyfriend of two years and I broke up about three weeks ago. Our relationship was so wonderful in the beginning. We started having problems when I left for college. My first semester there was awful. I was needy, clingy. So when I got back for Christmas, he ended it. About three months after, he called and we worked things out. Ever since then, the relationship was up and down. He always told me about how much he loved me and I knew he was telling the truth. He still felt like I was too needy and he wanted to be free and experience college (it was his first semester there). Even in our ups and downs, he was still committed and told me about how much he loved me. Although, things weren't quite like they were before. Before Christmas this year, he told me he had feelings like he wanted to be single. Two days after, he said he loved me and we were fine. Until about three weeks ago he said it again and I broke up with him. Do you think he just needs space or did his feelings change?

2 days ago my brother ( he is 20 ) got put in jail untill july25 !! this breaks my heart cuz he is doing it for his friend ( cuz his buddy has a new born baby ) i love my brother very much and i am very heart broken about him being in jail. i'm a senior in high school and it just seems like things are getting worse and worse...i have a great group of friends that i have been friends through high school..( all the guys have droped out but like 2 of them) and the girls are complete sweethearts, but after all this sh*t with my brother went down.. i don't want to go out and get in trouble... plus.... none of my friends are going to college and i really want to go... ijust feel like i can't put myself around them to make it, but there my friends !!! i wanna go out with them, but i'm scared i might end up like them ( last night at the party there was a 25 year old guy there !!!) and he was hitting on my 17 year old friend. ... what should i do ?

Im 22 years old Im engaded ! I have been on my own since I was 19! Me & Fiance live togather and have been togather for almost 2 years! My mom is always inviteing me over and I think cause she wants to see me or whatever! But no last couple times there been a guys both similair their in their 30s have teenage kids no job and are drunks and when they see me make sexual comments to me and my mom laughs ! I told her I was happy and to leave me alone and that I will make my own choices however she doesnt listen ! She gives them my cell number , My work hours ect! Im so tired of it & she puts my fiance down who is a pretty awesome guy! I tell they guys to leave me alone but they dont! I love my mom dearly but im haveing a hard time understanding why a mother do this to her daughter?? And what she is doing is causeing problems for me & my fiance?? Anyone have any advice??

Im afriad the first time I have sex is going to hurt very very bad, because when Im on my period, I can't use tampons anymore, because of the extreme pain I feel when i try to insert them, but obviously when I first have sex Im not going to be on my period, but Im still kind of afraid its gonna hurt, so is the fact hat it hurts so bad when i use tampons normal? ANd will my first time having sex hurt? I dont know what to do or wha to think or what to expect help me...please!!!!!!!

Me and my fiancee have been thinking about boys and girls names to call any children we may have which is fine. But he has said Emily Ann for a girl to carry my mums middle name on (which is what i want) But that was Ann. The problem i have is that is his Exs name which i found out recently he still liked in between me and his last girlfriend. They Rarely talk since i moved in with him cus he knows i dont like it, Because for the year and a half we have been together i have suspected there is still something still there. And i know he wont drop contact with her without a very good reason, which is hard to get.

When we first got together i felt put down when he said that she was a faster texter than me, in between my texts she sent loads and he used to text her loads. Should i worry about this as he doesnt now, but i still worry. My boyfriend has a good number of female friends that want to be in a relationship with him knowing that he has been in a relationship with me a year. Most of them just try to make me out to be a bad girlfriend because i had my son at a young age. and the one that has a son trys to constantly push her son upon my boyfriend and complains about him spending so much time and money on my son. i try to ignore it most of the time but some times i just cant take it and i flip out on my boyfriend and the girl some time which just leaves my boyfriend mad at me turnig into one of the many fights that we have. we fight constantly about his female "friends" and i'm just sick of it i'm tierd of fighting what do i do? i love him to much to leave him and he is the only daddy my son knows. i dont think hes cheating but it still bothers me. I am in a bad marriage and I need to get from California where the military put us, back to a place in Georgia where I am originally from. I can't leave him because I don't have any money! I have 17 month old son who is going to stay with my mom soon and she lives in Georgia. I am trying to get him out the house because of the screaming and my husbands temper. I can't leave my husband until I have someway of getting back to the East Coast. Does anybody have and ideas or organazations that can help me? I need to get my own place and maybe on welfare for a while till I get on my feet. Please Help!!
