that is what my boyfriend is trying to tell me, but i dont want to believe that. i told him it hurts me when he looks at it, and he says it hurts him if he doesn't look at it. is that true?

i think im a nice person, 22, i love animals and i try to treat people nicely and be respectful, people say im pretty. but i can't even lift my head up when i walk out in public. I feel worthless, like i mean nothing. I have zero self confidence ,and people pick up on that and don't talk to me. I dont have any friends. The only person i talk to is my sister. i can't do things that normal people do, like shop at the mall, go to parties, have get to-gethers or anything like that. i avoid social functions at all costs because i feel so nervous and inadequate. i think i have social anxiety really bad but i can't afford to get treatment, i called and it was $115 an hour so im going to a free counselor at school but i dont know if that's going to work. why do i feel so bad about myself all the time? When i do go out, i see girls that are prettier, smilier, and younger than me, and it seems they all have boyfriends, and i feel like a piece of junk. how can i feel better about myself?

Some people say you only love one person, but then say we all have had our first love. Apparently we can love more then once if we're saposed to get over our "first" love. Maybe we can be IN love with more then one person....which is it?? Does anyone know?

was it abuse that my ex- boyfriend told me all the time i m ugly and fat and no one will ever want me. he makes me do things that i dont wanna do and if i dont do it he gets mad and tells me no one will ever want me and i m digusting. he has forced me to do things with him that i never wanted to do and i did because if i didnt he would hit me. i have found out that he had videotaped the things i have done and showed his friends and his brother. i loved him alot and we were together for 4 1/2 years and now because of all that i feel that i have to do wat they want or they will leave me bec i m not good enough and will never find anyone else bec i m not pretty and i m not a model so no one will love me and i dont know how to be different i was with him for so long and he was my first. i just dont know how to change and get over that. idk wat to do can anyone help?

My ex & i went out for almost 3 years & broke up bout 8 months ago. Well, we stopped hanging out about 3-4 months ago. He lied to me about not having a girlfriend in another country. I guess they met thru friendster.com, so when he went there on march 2006 to visit his family, they also met each other in person and had dates when were were still together. I JUST found out about this last month,so now everything makes sense to me why he's changed and wanted us to really break up when he just got back from vacation.I had been wanting to break up with him but he wouldn't let me go.I just wish he did b4 he cheated. I'm finding things out myself cuz..let's just say their passwords on emails and all that are very easy to guess.Well, now they're getting married already! He's going to petition her! He DOESN'T know that I know. I've moved on too, but of course sometimes i feel this kind of weird feelings sometimes. What should I do? What do I do when i c 'em? we live in a small town.

i have been fighting this all my life. i m 19 and i have been working for the past 5 years now trying to support my family and help pay the bills. i work 6 days a week like 30-40 hrs and i got to skool 5 days a week. but it never seems to be good enough. i give my parents my entire paycheck with the exception of like 20 dollers. my best friend lives like 5 mins up the road and i always have to give her 30 dollers for gas bec she never has any. but she spends it up her nose all the time. no one is ever happy i try and stretch my time out so everyone can spend time with me. but no one wants to spend time with me unless i have money for them. they always use the guilt trips and stuff and i can never say no bec i dont like people mad at me and all that drama. what can i do and can anyone help?

My sister has been dating an older guy 56 years old divorced, she is 40 for about 3 months. He is very attractive has a nice house and two grown children. After a fight one day out of the blue he said to her maybe I'm gay that is why I don't get along with woman for very long. She says that the sex was good and there were no other indications except for the fact that he is very neat and clean and he is boarder-line OCD. Last Tue I was talking to him and he was ignoring me after asking him whats wrong trying to talk he raises the music on top of my talking so i felt disrespected so i tried to stick up for myself so i told him 2 beat it we have these fights a lot the Prob is that when it happens 3 out of 5 times we wont talk for days/weeks/mnths at a time I obviously realize this is not healthy or normal but at the same time i love him too much to leave for good everytime we talk about it everything is ok then it happens again down the line and frankly im tired of almost alyways being the one to call him any man that really loves their women would call wouldnt they?? god this is emotional torture i dont know how much longer i can take this everytime this happens i feel horrible because on top of all my other stress in my life its hard i am depressed stay home watch tv after i work my sched is really tough workin f/t goin to college f/t he works 7 days a week so we have a lot on our plates.. please help

She's the ex-girlfriend, and bitter that he left her and is now with me. She live's w/ his parents (for free) and causes preoblems between everyone. Her and I even got into a physical confrontation b/c she claims that I stole her man from her, and that I am a whore, but she sleeps around w/ any guy that will talk to her. She tells everyone at her job (Walmart) that i go there to harass her (keep in mind , the walmart is within walking distance from my house, and that's where i shop) My man's mom tells me to drive 10 miles out of my way, and go to the other Walmart, for the simple fact that the girl doesnt like me, and doesnt want to see me!!
