Don't do it!
There is more to it than just a bit of fun, no matter what she says. She has an ulterior motive in there somewhere. Perhaps to make herself feel good, because she can still attract younger men, or that she knows it will annoy someone else.
She does not sound like a nice person. Why would she want to jeopardise her relationship with her own son? She is not thinking straight. Don't get involved, she is trying to drag you into her problems, whatever they may be.
Its not the age gap that bothers me, its that she has a son of the same age. How do you think she would react if she found out that her son was sleeping with your mum? How would you feel about that?
Think of the guilt you may feel afterwards, and the burden you will have as you will have to keep it top secret. I personally don't think it is worth it. Also if it does get out, girls will not find it attractive, and it may reduce your chances with them in the future.

I'd steer clear if I was you. It's probably very tempting but you have to think of all the problems it will cause.
How much does your mate's friendship mean to you? Are you willing to risk it for a quick grope with his mum?

this is a very very bad idea, I think you should turn her down and stay away from her because that could ruin your friendship with this young man. If you don't stop now he will find out eventually and it could lead to some problems including legal ones if you're underage. Tell her it was a mistake that should not be repeated and leave it at that.
