My boyfriend is having a serious family problem on which he refuses to talk about. He refuses to communicate with me and he tries to push me away. I do realize that this is a serious problem, and I'm not asking for his attention, but why can't he open up to me and trust me that I will be there for him, no matter what.

my bf has been really ill for the past week . i have been trying to as supportive as i can ... so i wouldn't mind coming to his house every day to spend a bit of time with him. however i call him and it seems that every time i have to initiate this. So i go to see him every other day. and it makes me feel weird because if i were ill i would love to have someone coming to see me every day. he always apologizes for being ill and not much fun at the moment.
i don't want to be pushy and i do understand that he's so ill that he doesn't want to talk or pay that much of attention to me .

but i don't mind that he is like that... shall i keep giving him lots of attention or give him a little more space at the moment????

also i start to freak myself out that as we don't have sex he's not that driven to see me ... which is a quite insecure but here we go.

I have an unusual situation. My husband and I are expecting our first child together (he and the ex have three). His ex wife and I get along very well, and she recently told me she considers me a friend. She has also told me that she wants to buy me gifts for our new baby and is free to babysit anytime. She seems very happy for us. My question is should I invite her to my baby shower or would that be pushing our friendship to a level that is not acceptable?

I watched it on Maury and learned that the weakness of controlling a woman is that they love them.

I would like to know if it is true that first loves usually get married after years passing by. Can it be true? Who is now married with their first love? Can it happen that two people that really love each other break up and then years pass by and then get married?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost a year. I didnt meet his mother until i got pregnant (Im 7 months). I barely met one aunt of his 2 days ago (He only has 2 aunts). We had planned on going to thanksgiving at my parents house because it has been years since i have spent it with my family. We had asked his mom to join us so she wouldnt be alone she said yes. Her and the sister that i have barely met always are in some kind of argument. Where she tells my boyfriend dont talk to your aunt because of this or that. Today she just asked if it would be ok to bring along her sister. My boyfriend replied with a firm no. She didnt stop there she asked me. I said i would ask my mom. I then talked it over with my boyfriend and he said a definite no. My question is how do i say no to her? I dont want to be a push over where i say yes to everything she asks. How do i put my foot down in a nice way?

If you think about it X looks like a kiss and O looks like a hug, but you say it hug and kisses not kisses and hugs.

My kid is being a big baby about getting waxed and going to the doctor. When I was that age I was butt naked with the other boys already at like 13 or 14, no problems. I don't think I was very mature for my age. What can I say to make her grow up about this stuff. Give me an inspiring quote or something, thanks in advance.

Here is a question, should a family doctor be flirting with a female patient? I mean flirting like sexual innuendos, touching, play fighting, constantly teasing (giving mock insults) and giving me a look that is so intense my instints are saying he wants more. He is married too. And another thing, every time he examines me or one of my kids, his hand is on top of mine, his legs are around mine, his head against mine - I swear I feel like if I moved an inch, his lips would be right on mine.

What can I do and am I overreacting - do you think this is just his personality and maybe I am a feel good drug for him as I friendly tease him back and maybe I too am guilty of flirting with him. Is he flirting for fun or with intent?

Male or Female ...

more examples...

TRAINS: Male, because they always use the same old lines for picking people up

EGG TIMERS: Female, because over time all the weight shifts to the bottom.

HAMMERS: Male because in hte last 5000 years they've hardly changed at all, and are occasionally handy to have around.

THE REMOTE CONTROL: Female... you probably thought it would be male, but consider this; It easily gives a man pleasure, he'd be lost without it ... and whilhe doesn't always know which buttons to push ... he just keeps on trying.

O.K. there is this man who is married and is constantly flirting with me and then when I mention my husband he gets all different with me and then is colder when I see him again and then he starts flirting again. He is constantly doing sexual innuendos and teasing me and play fighting.

What is up with this guy????

>either male or female... Here are some examples:

>FREEZER BAGS: They are male, because they hold everything in, but you can see right through them.

Dr Bad
who says I always bash women ..

>PHOTOCOPIERS: These are female, because once turned off, it takes a while to warm them up again, they are an effective reproductive device if the right buttons are pushed, but can also wreak havoc if you push the wrong buttons.

>TYRES: are male, because they go bald easily and are often over
>inflated.

>HOT AIR BALLOONS: Also a male object, because to get them to go anywhere, you have to light a fire under their ****

>SPONGES: are female, because they are soft, squeezable and
retain water.

>WEB PAGES: Female, because they're constantly being looked at and frequently getting hit on.

I made an annonomus call to the police to the other day telling them about what was in my friend's house - the meth.
That was awhile back.

Today, 'Jason' came really upset to my house. He had a black eye, and a bent out of shape arm. I told him I'd let him sleep for awhile before deciding what to do. Help! I don't know what to do.

My mom says that I should not spend thanksgiving with my boyfriend and his family unless I am engaged to him and that I should spead it with my own instead. I explained to her that I would spend thanksgiving with his family and he would spend christmas with mine
Why could she feel this way it's like she wants me to choose becuase I can't do both?
What does this mean that I am with him and his family on Thanksgiving in terms of our relationship, if I don't will he be hurt too?

We are in our twenties have been dating for almost a year....

my husbands exwife trys to control him by using their 7yr old son as bait to get what she wants. She is jealous that we are married and i have a good relationship with their son.she has made it very clear she wants me to stay out off her sons life. Here are a few examples if my husband can not watch him she is to be called to come and get him i am not allowed to watch him.i am not allowed to have any contact with his school and the list goes on.i have never tryed to "play mom" with her son or said anything bad about her in front of him.my husband allows all this to go on as he says he can't control what she does but he will not even confront her about any of this stuff as he knows she will attack him.So we just allow her to say and do what ever she wants.I think he should stand up to her but he will not in fear it will hurt his son.should i just let this go and just not be involved in his sons life as this seems to really bother his ex wife.

OK first thing is first I was living with my father for about 3 months after completeing the Job Corps program. My father has basicually mental and physically abused me my entire life. One day I was fixing some chicken and french fries and the grease make a little popping noise and it woke my father up he than got mad and threw a coffee cup at me striking me in the head which caused a cut that had to be closed up by staples. I went down to the police station right after it happened and told them and of course they put him in jail. Anyways I was going to College at the time which I am still going and I now am homeless living in my car. I went to my grandmas which is my dads mother which she lives in Owensboro, Ky and asked her and see if I could stay with her for awhile until I got back on my feet and she basicually said no. She said that she was so set in her ways that she just could'nt and my Uncle and Aunt was sitting there to and they didnt help either I believe they are mad at me

Hi, I just got out of a domestic violence situation after 9 years with my 2 kids 6&7. I am now a single mom; I make enough money to pay rent, utilities, insurance and food. I am so thankful fore that, the only problem is my kids are at an age where they want Christmas presents, and a tree, I can't afford either. I make too much to get social services; I don't have a penny left out of my check at the end of the month. Any Advice?
