The old car pulled into the driveway. Would my father be drunk
again? I soon got my answere. An object flew at me as I looked
out the window. I jumped back as the window shattered out. He
had thrown the jack out of the car at me. A quiet man when sober,
turned into a violent alcoholic when drinking. He beat me with a fishing rod, beat the windows out of the house, ran me and his
mother with a knife. He beat a man in the face, broke a chair over
his head, and ran him down the street with a hammer, yelling"
you run like a turkey"! He beat my pet squirrel to death and said
god wanted him to remind me what he could do to me. When
he went to a bar, people would steer clear of him/ He said he
could see the fear in their eyes. He climmed up on the roof drunk
and screamed, "they all run like turkeys before me"!

I know I can orgasm by myself but I've never had that 'explosion' from intercourse, although it does sometimes send sensations through my body. Just wondering if that too would be an orgasm because my partner always asks if I 'came' but I don't know what to tell him coz it's not the same feeling as when I do it myself!

I lack confidence meeeting people and would like to learn how to be more socially skilled especially in larger social gatherings such as parties. Can anyone recommend good movies in which the main character(s) excel (are highly confident) in:
a) meeting and conversing with strangers
b) being the life of the party

I'd like to study their behaviours.
Thanks!

Did they teach you one thing that sticks in your mind that has made a difference in your life? My grandmother taught me to always do the best and compete with myself and not others, as someone will always be better, smarter, prettier. She told me to strive to do better everyday of my life, more than I did the day before. She told me that if I do the very, very best I can do, that was all that mattered. Not what others did in comparison to me. What teaching do you attribute to your parents?

My boyfriend asked me to marry him & I said yes. I havent told my mom yet but I have been throwing out hints to see how she might react. I can see now that she wont accept it & dont want us to be together. I refuse to end up like her lonely with 2 kids not married & struggling when all she had to do was open her eyes and heart. I really love my boyfriend, well now my fiance', and I wouldnt trade him for the world. I have a chance at being happy with the man that I truely love & who I know loves me & I'm not gonna miss out on that just to please her. How can I tell her my good news? How can I make her understand the love that me and him share? How can I get her to accept him and our relationship a little if not all the way? Why cant she just be happy for me and be happy that I am happy?

This is suppose to be the happiest time in my life and I should be sharing this with a smile on my face not with tears in my eyes. What should I do? Someone please help me.

Well..I have been dating my current boyfriend for almost 5 years now and we have never had a problem until recently. I met another guy through work, and we really hit it off. The thing is that this guy is a bad-boy type of guy and that I love it! I really do not look for any kind of relationship with this new guy, but probably something temporary. What am I supposed to do here?

I love my husband with all my heart, and I would NEVER cheat on him. With that having been said here is the problem:

Our sex drives are mismatched. I would like to have it at least once a day. He is good to have it maybe twice a week. When I don't get it I feel very frustrated, and it affects my mood. If it is longer than a few days I even start feeling resentful. I wish it wasn't this way, but it is.

Now, taking into consideration there are a few factors that get in the way. For one we have an infant who has taken to staying up until at least 10 P.M. The second factor is our teenage daughter. the third factor is my mother. She has to spend the night occasionally because she babysits the infant while we work.

The fourth factor, and the one that interferes the most, is that he is ALWAYS tired. He is literally asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. Then, if he does happen to be awake long enough for me to brush my teeth and get into bed, he may start showing me attention, only

i came from a poor and broken family. i got married when i was 18 but it only last after a year. since i was 14 up to now in my late 30's most of my serious admirers are married. and they were serious. i am a lounge singer at the five star hotel in asia. i travel every 6months from one country to another. i have a boyfriend now who wants to marry me. he is waiting for me to accept his proposal before he divorce his wife. in 3 years he follows me everywhere i go. he is financially stable but i am not sure if i do love him enough to give up my work and just be a plain housewife as what he wants me to. eversince i always wish to marry someone who can really take care of me financially, but i dont understand why im having this second thought. is this the reason why i am more attracted with a married man
