When he talks about the future, and his future plans, you are in them. Also, he asks you about how you feel about them.

You both have agreed, either outright or in action, to see each other exclusively.

He has taken you to meet his family, and you are included in celebrations and special occassions.

You have talked about having a future together, especially if those talks have included talk of marriage and/or children.
