Asking this for my guy friend: A girl he was dating for about 6 months at the time got very intoxicated, it was him, and his friend and her and her friend. They were drink patron, she consumed about 5 shots in 60 minutes, she ended up puking her guts up in the bathroom at his house, before she damn near passed out, all she could remember was bein a dark bathroom and having some one kiss all over her, when the lights came on and the door was opened it was the guys friend and her. He thinks she knew what she was doing and she should have acted right and stopped. But she loves her man and swear that she was so intoxicated that she didn't realize what was going on, she thought it was him, the lights came on and her man was standing outside the bathroom. He seems to think that if she was so drunk, she would have been passed out on the floor when he came in the bathroom, or she instead of trying to explan she would have just laid down in bed and passed out....thoughts???

Ok...I will try to make this as simple as I can. I am 22, he is 34, he is divorced and has a 5 year old son...we have been dating for a month and he is already determined to move me from Ohio to Indiana to be with him. It doesnt bother me that he has a son... but I am thinking that since he is older, he is in a rush to have a married life and be where he is supposed to be in his life... me on the other hand... I am 22 and I am in NO RUSH to make things move so fast... he wants me to meet his parents, become best friends with his sisters, meet his son, move to indiana with him, transfer schools...blah blah... am I wrong in thinking he doesnt know me enough to say all these things?...that he just wants a life that most 34 yr olds have?? (married and settled)..like hes playing catch up...HELP

Long story short out of no where he said that if he gets a year round job at his old summer camp year round, he's moving either with or without me. He then told me after I tried to compromise that I would eventually move down there w/me, he wanted to see how much I'd fight to keep him. The next day he told my best friend "my life is more important than us, it sucks but it's life".

I told him that if he wants to play big ball and say his life is more important than us, he'd have to give me a commitment with a ring if he expects a commitment like that out of me.

He said "ok ok, i will when we have enough $. if you keep running your mouth I'm going to Gold and Pawn and buying you a $50 ring".

Everyone has one, that person that they fantasize about, or secretly love and admire, but they never tell that person. I'm 33, I still think about a girl that I used to exult (raise up high to perfection or something), once in kindergarten I asked her to marry me and she gave a funny answer. She once hugged me to help me stop crying about something in 4th grade.

How can I forget about her and move on? I feel lame.

was attack my parenting skills. as a result, I had very little confidence in this area of my life. 3 yrs on and doing well, except now its my mum who attacks me when I dont do what she wants or I disagree with her on something. I feel like its one step forward, and three steps back! I wouldn't mind so much if she didn't also then interfere and arrange to take my kids places etc behind my back. Waht should I do?

Im not sure, because I'm only thirteen. But I don't get all obsessed and dreamy when I see a cute guy like my friends do. My friend has a girlfriend. He's been with her for 5 years. She takes prozac and is an alcoholic.
She has kicked him out several times over disputes, her drinking and he keeps going back. She owns the house he stays at when he goes home to visit. He has a place he rents in another state close to his work. He complains about her behaviour but still stays.
He told her it was over Monday and the next day or that same night she's in the hospital with some problem. It's Friday and he went back home to see her. He talks about leaving her and he hasn't yet.
He is a good man, I enjoy talking to him. He's smart and witty, but I can't seem to get thru to him that she is not good for him. He has another place to go and he has a good job but he still stays with this woman with all her issues. He's asked her to change but she hasn't. It's been ongoing for 5 years.
I do like him,I'm attractive,smart,I don't drink or do drugs and we get along great,but he keeps going back to her. WHY?

My dad hates my b/f, we were engaged but broke it off and broke up about a month ago, b/c he couldnt take all the stress anymore..But noe he wants to try to work thru our problems and see if we can make it work..But lately he's been putting me on the backburner again to his friends, and i dont kno how much more I can take...Should I keep tryin to work this out?
