Obviously he still loves you if he is still wanting to see you.
Do you want him back or are you using him to find out if you want him back?
If you want him back you have to state your feelings and ask what his feelings are for you and talk over getting back together if in fact this is what you want. Don't play with peoples feelings.

You didn't mention your age. Is this a teen-ager's so called "puppy love"? You also didn't say why you broke up with him? Did he do or say something wrong or hurtful? All I have is questions myself.
