Friends - October 2007

Well I'm 13. Okay well I went to the movies with my friend today and when I came to her house she said 2 guys were coming with us but I knew them I mean seen them like once or twice. One of them were her boyfriend and one was my other friends ex. Well my other friends ex liked me and thought I was hot. I'm a goody good and I know i shouldnt have went and go out with him since im sorta only 13 it was so uncomfertable. We sat in the "love seats" and he played footsies with me and i barley knew him. and then they wanted to sneak in to a rated R movie. I was just like what am i doing here! this is not me. so i called my dad to pick me up. well im not really allowed to be with guys. Did i do the right thing and leave? i feel so weird so much is coming at me!

So, I've seen him again, after a long time. But it was really good at the beginnig. We had such a nice chat starting to get to the points slowly, because there are several difficult points about us. But then one common friend of ours arrived and it was over. She interrupted us immediately and then sticked to us for the rest of the evening. Well, the chance has been given once more soon. But there were friends there around us all the time too and it feels too embarrasing to show your deep feelings in front of common friends. I let myself go only once, at the end, quite impulsively, out of desperation that we are going to end up nowhere again. I made a nice show to those friends, I suppose, but I don't regret because I will never forget this moment. Still, how to manage such interrupting friends? I thought that it is clear to some of them that there is something going on between us two. Shouldn't they be more delicate and leave us alone or am I expecting too much?

This just happened with a friend on the phone.

I called him earlier this morning and asked whats up and he said nothing and said he'd call me later
and so he did
I asked him whats up again and he said nothing, told him some stuff about what I've been doing to see if he'd relate and maybe talk but there was lots of silence, I tried to ask him what was wrong and why he was so silent but he didnt say a thing and then i accidentally hung up on him and when i called back i asked him why was he being so quiet and not talking? and he raised his voice and said "cause i don't wanna talk!" and hung up on me.
I texted him asking why he hung up and he said
"beats earlier I told you I was gonna call back..thought you might've brought up a conversation but apparently not"
and i was like OMG I MUST GO READ BOOKS NOW on how to be a good conversationlist D:
i told a friend of both of ours about his behavior and they talked to him, said he was talking fine. What happened?

First of all im quite a friendly person. I'm not shy either. I've changed schools 3 times in my life and each time i moved to a different place for some years and so I lost touch with my group from the previous school. Ive just begun college and its hard to make friends here. I mean I know a lot of people around but most of them already have a group of friends and its hard getting into someone'e circle not to mention awkward. Im just bored to death now. I have no one to talk to or hang out with. The only people I talk to are my few friends from my previous school and they are in other cities now for college too. I really dont know what to do. Feel like jumping out a window.

Hi guys, I know this's been posted several times, but this is special.

I'm sure I'm gay (im 20) but my best friends stands very straight (he's 15) BUT some months ago he started doing real weird things.

He says he loves me, several times, he stays close (hugged) with me in bed watching tv, he cried when i left for a trip for two weeks, he wants to be alone with me.

BUT he talks about girls, he is always wanting to be with them, he always complains about gay guys (he says he hates 'em).

I'm not telling him I'm gay, but no means.

Some weeks ago I started touching him (his skin) and giving him kisses (normal kisses, not mouth) and he seems to like it.

He always wants to be with me and he says im very special... I don't know what to do, I'm really IN LOVE.

So My best friend told me something about this one chick at our school, on how she was a a badd kid who got in trouble and expiremented with drugs, and a couple days ago i saw her outside of the school when i was getting picked up. and she came up to me, and i said to her, are u friends with bethany..because she somethin funny to me about how u get in trouble and stuff..and she got so madd that my friend said that..and instead of having this all spring on my friend i called her to tell her..and ever since she hasnt said anything to me..and i've apologized alot..

My very close friends friend at school doesn't like me and says "hit me" and points to his face tryin to start a fight with me. I usually just tell him he's very imature and needs to grow up and I can tell that makes him very angry. Most of the time when he talks about anything in general he talks in a high pitch voice because everyone at the table laughs. Im short for my age and have an ok amount of muscle for my age, but intend to start exercising for more and he is 3 times+ bigger then me . I am very self controlled and wont fight someone unless its a situation where if I don't fight back I'll be hurt but this is more of a mental and emotional thing. I told my friends how I feel and ask why they even hang with him and they say cuz its funny. Alot of the times he will call me worthless because for a few months last year I smoked pot and he said I was stupid. What should I do?

I really like this guy who is a close friend of mine. He is a senior and I'm a junior. He is really funny and just amazing but today I found out he smokes. I'm not saying people who smoke are bad people, I just know a lot of people that have major medical conditions because of it. I care about him and I really don't want him to smoke. It is nasty and makes me gag and must of all ruins your organs. What do I say to try to convince him? I can't stand to see people I care about ruining themselves. Like how should I bring it up. He doesn't know I know he smokes..so yeah. Please help!

I have a friend who just got his first boyfriend after recently coming out and I want to be happy for him but I wasn't ever because they just met and his boyfriend is annoying so i assumed this kid was shallow{no lie their first convorsation started by him saying "i like you" how can you like someone you've never talked to?} so i didn't make an effort to be his friend and tried to hide how i felt.
One day I was on AIM and me and my friend were talking and we havn't talked in a while and he was like i got to go i'm going to my boyfriend's house and i'm like "come on stay and talk to me" and he was like "no i'll call you from his house" and i was like "don't bother."this is where he started to realize{reolize?} i didn't like his boyfriend.
so he asked me{if i liked him} and i didn't answer.he got his boyfriend to ask me and i didn't wanna answer.

Me and 2 of my bestfriends had a friend but then we stopped liking her and we're not friends anymore. and now she told 2 of her new friends that we were talking !@#$ about her, but we're not. and the two big tough girls came up to us at a carnival and started saying "y u tlking !@#$?? we're gonan kick all of your @ss's! just watch out !@#$" and then my friend is like F!@# U! and she came back and pushed her! nd this guy saw & was like dont fight, break it up. so now at school we dont know wats gonna happen. what should we do?? we're in 8th grade and havent had any problems and dont wanna get into a fight. like how can we defend ourselves? lots of our friends hate those girls too! I feel alone a lot....
Im a 15 year old guy, and i dont have any real close friends of my own. I have been a loner most of my life, and i hang out with my brother (14 months older) and a lot of his friends. One one of his friends actually cares for me and treats me like her real friend, and im greatful for her. At school i am normal, i get a long with everyone but i cant really call anyone my real friend.
I havnt really had a best friend of my own since around 2nd grade. I just feel alone a lot because i dont have anyone to talk to when i am feeling down, or go out and have fun with. I feel like my brothers friends just see me as "his brother" and not really a friend. I dont really know why im asking this, or why im on here. I guess its because i dont know where else to go to tell how i feel...

Most likely we will stay at my house. My 2 best friends are coming. Sadly,I bet my best friend is going to bring her friend. She wants to make us all friends,I kinda dont wanna be but w/e any ideas 3 maybe 4 teens can do at home?

met a guy and it seemed like we were friendly I always talked to him about my crushes. From what another friend hinted and the way he acted it seemed that the guy was probably interested in me. Ok, so now after almost two months of not seeing each other due to Summer break we kept in touch through text messaging and phone calls once or twice a week. About a month ago he broke all contact with me! He won't reply to my text messages or phone calls. What's up with that? I never did anything to the guy? I have a badly hurt leg and everyone makes fun of me the way I limp around! I walk down the playground and when I turn around there is people limping behind me or when I was standing in my line and this little girl starts stepping on my foot which is hurt! I mean I told her to stop but she started stepping even harder! its not my fault I have a hurt foot! I even started crying from the pain! HELP!
