None at all. Karma will come back to get the back-stabbing friend. You don't want to stoop to his or her level anyways.

Believe me revenge is not the answer....honestly what is going to come out of it? think about it. All you are going to get is more trouble. The Best thing to do is to do nothing at all in the sense of getting back at this person as they are not being a friend to you and if you go about getting revenge it will only bring you down to their level.
Be better then that don't stoop to their level. If you want to be a bigger person forgive the person and let them know that if the chance arises but otherwise just move on, forget about this person and don't be friends with them if you can't get past what they did.
As the saying goes what you do to people in this life you will get back ten fold. It's true....if someone has done wrong in their life karma will come back and get that person no matter what whether you get to see it happen to them or not. But believe me revenge is not the answer to anything it will only cause more trouble and hurt.

No revenge is good. Drop the "friend" in "back stabbing friend". That person will get theirs in life. Let Karma take care of it. Usually within 5 years.

Listen pls. The best and most intelligent thing for you to do is pls never ever see the person again, never talk to them again, never bring their name up and change the subject if someone does, and stay out of any public place they may be at. Why? Because they are skilled con artists and you will forgive and keep forgiving them, until one day you might end up in jail over the worthless bag of blank. And tell anyone who knows you both to keep her/him away from you.

Nothing. Be as nice as you possibly can. This will drive the person crazy and make them look like the complete idiot that they are. The rest of it will fall into place because everyone else will take notice. You won't have to do a thing.
