Path = disease
Logos = words

A disease where the person cannot help telling lies. She knows he's doing it. A pathological liar can't help doing it. She needs to see a doctor (pathological liar is a medical diagnosis, by the way, and she can't just throw it around if she hasn't seen the dr).

Either keep the friend and the lies, or toss the friend and her lies with her.

a pathelogical liar is just someone who lies constantly. they could realize it or they might not. but from experience, they never change.

They lie about everything, unknowingly and knowingly. Things that matter or don't. They just don't tell the truth. Period
