I have a friend who I thought I was very close to, until recently when hes started ditching me for this other guy, who used to be his friend, but the two have been fighting on and off all year. I have been his friend all year, helping him whenever he needs it, being there for him CONSTANTLY and always offering my help. I haven't been a perfect friend, I've had my bad days, but I've always apologized and given my best effort to reform my behavior and be there for him. Yesterday, during a morning class, he completely ignored me the whole time and spent the entire class chatting with this other guy. I basically avoided him all day because I was very upset, and I finally decided to send him an email talking about how I feel like he doesn't appreciate me enough for what I've done. He hasn't responded yet, but I feel extremely guilty and I also feel like I was too harsh. Did I do the right thing? Should I send him another email apologizing for the first one?
Thanks!
