I'm 39 and my very best friend from 6th grade to 1994 isn't associating with any of her close friends anymore, we didn't do anything, a friend of ours said it's because we know her past(she was quite the "town fluzy")and never really cared, I knew it was her past relationships, parents, etc.
She got married this past Sat and didn't invite any of us, what do you think?

I NEVER called her that, I meant that is what everyone in our small town called her, and it's the only thing we can think of, is that she doesn't want us around because we remind her of her past?

It could just be that you've grown apart. : (
But, it sort of makes sense. I'm not really sure what you mean by "town fluzy," but she probably didn't want any bad memories or stories of the past messing up her life, because maybe she wants to start over.

Send her an e mail or a letter. Tell her in it that you would like to continue the relationship but if she does not want any part of you to please let you know so you can move on. If she doesnt answer..then you have your answer. Move on. Sometimes we have to know when to let a realationship go no matter how hard. Good Luck.

Sad that she doesn't see the value in maintaining old friendships. Maybe in time she'll come around. It might be that she's not happy with herself right now. Or maybe she's more content just living in the present for the time being. And weddings, well, they can be expensive. Maybe the guest list was limited to family.

If not, that's why she didn't invite you.
Because you guys aren't friends anymore.
If you guys still are, then that's a good question.
Did you guys get into a fight at all. Is that the cause why?

I am the same age as you and basically the same thing happened to me as it did to you so I just dropped out of site. I do not need someone to make me feel bad about myself.
