Friends - July 2006

i have a friend who i knew since i moved into another school.i have a boyfriend before,who i didn't know she liked too.i just found out when i broke up with him.before that,my boyfriend told me to stay away from my friend but i didn't.weeks later,i introduced my bestfriend to her and it became the three of us then things fell apart.the two of them left me out and three days later,the two of them broke out becuase of my friend's attitude and that same person came back to me because i forgave her and we became bestfriends.we moved on into the same classroom and i got another friend who i introduced again and it was dejavu all over again, this time i wasn't the one left out.when we left her out because her behaviour was obviously out of hand and out of reason,she convinced everyone that we were the bad guys and she wasn't so everyone took her side.it's annoying!am i the wrong one?she broke all my relationships with other people and now this?sometimes i regret that i forgave her.help!!!

That B**** has had her big dark nose in my business for over 13years. Her last nose butting incident caused an outcome that has resulting in me despising her to no limits. I can't think of anything that I wouldn'nt want to see happen to her. My main goal is to get her out of my life forever. Unfortunately I'm married to her brother, whom I can take or leave. But, that's neither here nor there. Anyway, is there anyone else disgusted by a meddling sister in law, if so, is there a legal way to get rid of them?

i miss him a lot. he was only 18. i spoke to him the day before he died and we agreed to do something the day after. instead god took him away. he was an only child. i am very good friends with his parents. we have gone to counseling and his parents have gotten stronger but sometimes i just feel like crap. he taught me alot of stuff. he was like family. i dont know what to do...

My best friend, my maid of honor, is being so friggin' nasty to me lately. She has 'accidently' got the times wrong when we were supposed to meet up to go look for dresses for my bridesmaids, she is very inconsiderate like that all the time. She refused to go Bridal Dress shopping with me, and I wound up doing it alone, which really hurt me, made me cry.

I rent an apartment from her mom. She lives at home with her mom as well. Doesn't pay rent, I alone put more into that household then she does and my fiancee pays an equal share as me. Today my son had a friend over and we all went down to use the pool because I have been told that it is open for mine, my sons and my fiancee's use. If it was more then a couple of kids I would have asked, but it was just the 2 kids. I get down there and my best friend and a bunch of her friends are hanging out by the pool drinking beer, and I don't think anything of it, this is what adults do.....

To the point that we wont even speak to each other. Or look at each other. I'm to the point where I feel like I've done everything possible to mend this realationship and nothing ever seems to get better. I feel like I'm the only one who trys. She puts out no effor out.. Says disrepectful things about my husband. Lets her husband treat me like crap after I've said something about it over and over again. They both disrepect my house. She's says I'm disrespectful and hurtful to her family, but yet I don't even talk to them. She gets mad at me for doing the same exact things that she dose. There's things I've asked her severl times to not call me or bring up,,but yet she continues to do it over and over.I'm feed up! The only thing is she is my sister and at furnerals and Christmas she is going to be there. What can I do to deal with her so I can someday be around my family on these events. I've missed out on severel family events just for the fact that I can't stand being around her.

I am the oldest of four children! ME and my sister that is two years younger than me are both shunned by my mother. The two baby sisters are favored and loved by my mother! This hurts and I have not spoken to my mother in over a year is it time to forgive and forget or would I just be opening a can of worms, HELP!

why is it that i often seem to stumble upon men who are waaaaaaaay too open with me?

open as in, they're not embarassed to say the "weirdest" of things to me?
are men just NOT embarassed?
Just now, i was chatting to a guy online, only know him though msn and been chatting for 7 months now, he just told me that he needs a poop because he had a bad curry...(obviously not as politely)....eeeww, gave me too much info there! Why!?

She does a lot of things that make me want to snap at her. First off she has sticky fingers, she will touch any and everything without asking my permission. And when I bring my hamster into the living room she'll want to hold it and stuff, she has 14 hamsters!!!!
And no one likes her brother because he has a smart *** mouth to be 5 years old, if he says one more smart thing to me I'll either beat the **** out of him or tell him to shut the **** up.
And she always try to play someone, like she tried to compare my hamster to hers. First off my hamster is worth more than her 2.99 hamsters from some worn down pet store. And he doesn't have fleas or ticks like hers, and secondly his cage doesn't stink so bad that he has to be put outside. Then I told her don't ever compare my hamster to hers because her hamsters don't have anything on my. How do I cope with her? it's getting very hard now.

Has this ever happened to you? You look at someone once/frequently and you just get a feeling that they're a nice person, you'd want to go up to them and just get to know them/be friends with them but that would be just awkward and weird in most circumstances. I wish it were possible.

I'm not giving my specific situation here, but how come every time somebody sleeps with someone they shouldn't, (IE your best friends guy/girl (depending on the sex of your friend)), or when they cheat in a relationship, they say it was because they were drunk. to be clear I am not talking about being passed out drunk, but seriously is being drunk a valid excuse.

I could really use some clarity here. I moved to Ca 1.5 years ago from washington state due to having so many challenges with outgrowing the place on some level, the mold getting me sick and then the ceiling cracking. I had dreams about moving to california at the time and yet much confusion was going on. I have grown so much since then and have come to a place in my life where I would like to meet genuine, loving, health conscious people being a vegan eater. I feel very very lonely in this state as it feels too superficial for me and too big and way to citish. I am use to smaller communities & nature. I love the land in Oregon, yet it was hard at that time to make connections as well. After listening to two bands at the getty museum yesterday, it became so apparent to me that the first one being unknown & so connected to GOD was more me then the one that was famous and so popular..the second had more ego. I choose to be in a place that is smaller & where I can make REAL loving friends
