just want to share my views with you... i wont consider them my friends. they're just my "temporary companions" , they come and go. a friend has a deeper meaning... they're not just worth your honesty and friendship. be open to meet anyone,eventually trust will follow. just keep on smiling & stop worrying.

Whenever you trust someone, you are taking a chance. But don't deny yourself the opportunity to meet people who are worth it just because you have been hurt in the past. My best friend of 17 years turned her back on me. I thought I would never get over it, but now, 3 years later, I have more friends and I realize how it was a blessing to lose her. She really wasn't the person I thought she was anyway. And, as you get older, your "B.S. Detector" gets a little sharper. Good luck.

In this life, the only real friends (who will probably even die for you) are your mother or father if you have them. Everyone else is just an acquaintance. Thus, have lots of acquaintances and have fun but do not place so much importance on whether they hang out with u or not.

When the friends left you, it made you afraid/ insecure about being liked/loved.
It made it hard for you to trust/believe that others wouldn't do the same thing.

well, u can't trust anyone and i guess u couldn't trust them to be ur friend. Find a new one. Always start ur conversations with a smile and ur friendship will be there for a while!
