She does a lot of things that make me want to snap at her. First off she has sticky fingers, she will touch any and everything without asking my permission. And when I bring my hamster into the living room she'll want to hold it and stuff, she has 14 hamsters!!!!
And no one likes her brother because he has a smart *** mouth to be 5 years old, if he says one more smart thing to me I'll either beat the **** out of him or tell him to shut the **** up.
And she always try to play someone, like she tried to compare my hamster to hers. First off my hamster is worth more than her 2.99 hamsters from some worn down pet store. And he doesn't have fleas or ticks like hers, and secondly his cage doesn't stink so bad that he has to be put outside. Then I told her don't ever compare my hamster to hers because her hamsters don't have anything on my. How do I cope with her? it's getting very hard now.

well when you're friends ,you have to be accepting of the other persons personality but she sounds insecure in who she is and may be a little jealous of you. She is competeing with you on the hamster thing. Her brother sounds like a normal 5 year old. You dont sound like this friend is making you happy so maybe you should opt for a time out away from the friendship and spend your time with people that make you happy.

You don't cope with her. If you try they will just get redirected into other things that will become irritating. Which is why you can list more.

I think you need to find a new friend.

Tell us, why do you call her a friend anyway? Why would you want to "cope" with a friend?

When I think of cope I think of something you must live with. Like young children coping with a smoking parent, a person finding out they have diabetes.

Hmmm, it seems to me that she should be asking how she can cope with you. You call her a friend, yet won't share simple hamster with her? You make public comments about her brother , who is a child? You seem to be angry enough to HIT a child? You dwell on your hamsters being "better" than hers?
Please post her Yahoo or other email so I can tell HER to avoid YOU. You're being a completely mean, nasty person to her, and I hope she avoids you. Shame on you for this terrible behavior kid. If you acted like this and were my daughter, I'd have you apologize to her.

Will, this a really big problem but you can deal with like this :

- Make some sort of conditionds to your friendship with her and say to her these conditions .

for example :

tell her that you don't love anyone to touch your things without asking. ( that is not embarassing ) because you do this when you are in her home ( i hope that you do ) .
things like this.

Leaving the cellular telephone on and answering calls for the duration of conferences/events/eating out. except you predict an extraordinarily significant telephone call, the telephone might desire to be off, or no longer less than, in case you do no longer turn your cellular telephone off, enable it flow to voicemail, call them back once you're actually not busy. no longer something says "i might desire to care much less with regard to the corporation i'm with" extra effective than interrupting a gathering or a verbal replace at the same time as out to dinner to talk on the telephone to somebody else. at the same time as something of the table awkwardly waits and listens...

I think the relationship you have with this person isn't a friendship. You've listed all the things you hate about her...what about the things you like about her? You should find other people to be friends with. You'll be happier and I think she'll be able to find nicer people than you.

Get off your high horse and realize that you are not all that. Quite the attitude you display and frankly, I wouldn't spend a minute in your company, she should be given a halo for tolerating you and your arrogant attitude.

Are you sure it's her that has the problem? You call her your friend but hate everything about her? Regardless if my freind had 100 more of something than me, I would not care if she held mine, thats what friends do. If she was just like you it would not be that fun...chill out.

Look at her straight in the eye and tell her seriously that her actions are causing u distress and ask her to stop doing it. If she contiune doing the things she does to you then you can seriously consider dropping her as your fren.
