even though I know they are members and have their yahoo id I cant seem to get profiles or other info, what happened to members area? and how do I find members by SN?

hmm well if ur sure u know the screen name just go to ur yahoo messenger and click on contacts. then choose add a contact and then just put screen name in there or email adresss. then add them. has to be the exact screen name or email. good luck

Sometimes members choose not to be listed in the directories. This is likely what your friend has done.

If you are searching for their REAL name, they may not have used it...I don't...nothing about my personal information is true...I mean nothing.
If you are searching via Yahoo ID, then you should be able to find it, if they've not changed it or you are not spelling it correctly.
And some folks hide their info from online searchers. This may be the case.
