Years ago I was jealous of a realtive who had children and I made snide and mean comments in a round about way that staying at home is not a job because you dont go to work and you have a husband that takes care of everything. Everyone loves a mother with children etc etc etc.

But it is amazing how God can teach you a hard lesson when it comes to your thought patterns that are wordly and not godly.
For almost a month in a half I watched a relatives kids and let me tell you I was in the service insudtry for insurance for 12 years and watching my nieces and nephews was the toughest job I EVER had. I changed diapers, made bottles had very little time to myself. God showed me that being a mommy to these children was no small tasks.

What are ways to educate people and show people the value of being a mom? What are ways to show the postive good affiramtions about being a mom? How can we teach our younr ladies in our lives to respect this awesome calling?

I had a friend who did this and he gave the wrong impression. I think he tries too hard to find somebody but he claims he is not interested in a serious relationship.

I have a friend who is only fourteen and is depressed all the time. He thinks that if he can't find a girl now, he will never find one. I have been trying so hard to help him, but I really don't know what else I can do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Has anyone ever had an ex or someone else go out of their way to make your life hell? Doing things like.. ruining your friendships, making threats, sitting outside your house revving their engine, making false complaints to the police, spreading nasty rumours and writing nasty things about you where people can see it?

A girl told me something about my ex which I spoke to him about and he told me it was true so when she finally got the guts to tell the police I had to give a statement. The case was dropped due to lack of evidence but from then on the guy promised he would do everything he could to make my life hell because I supported the victim and not him. He seems to be good at this. The police have not been able to do anything and it often seems like they believe him over me.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Maybe your ex just wouldnt let go and wanted their own back because you finished with them?
How did you cope?

I met my now ex girlfriend/fiancee about a year ago and things were going great for ages (you know, met my family etc, got engaged, had everything going for us) I've always known she wanted to get back in touch with old mates she had lost contact with and I was cool with that. About a year down the line we got engaged, a month later she said she didnt want to be with me and thought it would be best to spend some time apart. She lives with her parents and I lived in my own property. I would have done anything for her and she hasnt really given me a legitamate reason for leaving other than "it didnt feel right" (please bear in mind that she suggested getting married in the first place and was really excited and started planning etc.) how could her mind have changed so quickly? was she cheating??

I was married for 2 yrs and some change. Well I left my husband in Germany (military) got out the army and got a divorce knowing this whole time I still loved him even though we were having mad issues in our marriage. I left him in 2005 during this time he went on a year deployment to iraq and back then he came back to the states for school. well he thinks i abandoned him during the deployment which I didn't, I thought he was amd at me for divorcing him and leaving him.SO how do I show him that I won't leave him again( now we are doing better even though we aren't married) and I won't abandon him?

i know its mean to talk about friends behind their backs.but i have this female friend..as the title says it...she keeps on throwing herself at guys/men.shes acting like a tart even though shes not.me and some others are worried that shes going to get talked about or worse because of the way she acts around guys.we do try to talk to her but she just wont listen and insists that she is right and we are wrong.its kinda dividing up the group too.

I met a boy some months ago and I really like him. He is very nice to me and he cares about me, I guess. At least he supports me a lot even without knowing me well. He's very sweet!! ok so i've been dating this guy for a while and we are really close. we're best friends and just perfect for each other.........at least that's what we think. our friends hate that we are dating. i've asked them why and they say it's because he's not good enough for me. we have tried to take breaks and stop seeing each other but we always seem to be unhappy and end up getting back together. i really really like him. i try asking my friends why they din't like him but i don't ever really get an answer. help???? what do i do??? it matters so much to me what my friends think but i love my boyfriend because he makes me happy and is my best friend.

Hi... I already asked another question, but this one will be more detailed. I am planning a wedding for Feb. 2008 anywhere on a nice beach resort in Florida.
